This movie is great, Hwang Jang Lee is the BEST kicker, I LOVE this old Kung Fu school for many reasons the fight scenes were done without special efects it was all effort, skills and techs and the endings were superb!! I LOVE Kung Fu, Kung Fu FOR EVER!!!!

When Hwang Jang Lee is in a movie without the great actors such as Jackie Chan, John Liu etc, it is still worthy giving a chance to watch, only because of Hwang Jang Lee. As it is the case in this movie, because of him the movie can be good enough or even great because of Hwang Jang Lee. To bad the best actors getting old, but I'm glad I can say that I was Lucky to grow up with such good and entertaining Kung Fu action from 70's and up.
Many Hoi, the kid with the rowing Kung fu, is an actor and choreographer of high pedigree in HK. Tiger is played by a guy who was in the same opera troupe as Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao, and Jackie Chan. So I'd definitely say this movie has a strong cast. Though what you said is pretty true. If you want a movie like you described watch him in Ninja Terminator lol

Awesome action in this great flick,all the cast is great and hwang jang lee is a total badass watch the force he puts,on each hit with his legs or with the Staff he uses,he is on a total different level,its like he really intends to "incapacitate" whatever or whoever he hits.

He was the main villain of some of Jackie Chan's best movies. Stuff like Snake in the eagles Shadow, The young master and the classic Drunken Master

Its really an all stars cast ! Besides the 3 main actors you have mostly top well known fighters and actors playing 2nd roles in this flick. Its one of the best ever made kungfu movie. Good choreography and best fighting!! Pai piao is awesome along with the others 2nd characters players!... thanks for uploading this great movie!....😷😎👍👍👍!......

Hwang jang Lee has to be without with all due respect to Bruce Lee the greatest realistic movie martial artist of all time nothing looks fake nothing looks stage and he is a 10th degree in taekwondo he's a bad man

Very nice movie and I did like it very much. The story line, the skills of course and the fighting styles all in all that gives this Hong Kong production with 8 out of 10 rating. As usual, the master of disaster Hwang Cheng/Jeng li the super star was really amazing in this movie unlike the other movie which was really so crap. Thank God this wasn't the case here.Thank you all and hope to see you in another interesting funny movie like this one. This Canada3000 have a great day.
Tiger Wong (Meng Yuen Man) and Stone Dragon (Meng Hoi) meets the two men from the Ching Wu School, White Panther (Giovanni) and White Dragon (Justin Lee), they team up together to defeat the deadly Devil Stick Master (Hwang Jang Lee) but to defeat the Devil Stick, they must learn ‘White Dragon Fist’, Chen Zhen said ‘White Dragon Fist’ can defeat the Devil Stick but you must find their opponent’s weak spots, to find it, it’s the only way to defeat the Devil Stick.

Considering his leg work expertise and the character as he developed over the years, Hwang Hang Lee SHOULD have been cast as Tiger Wong, imo.
