This is why their solo artists don't need to have sales like Idol groups but are really wealthy. Jay said he barely made money from running his music labels and that his income came from his own music, headlining concerts/festivals and advertisements. Promotion wise, both companies are similar in a way that their artist cross-promote their peers through social platforms and appeared on some variety/radio shows but little to no music shows. Personally speaking, the things that P Nation has and AOMG doesn't is Psy's experience and association with YG in which both can relate. Also PNation is like hybrid idol/artist company while AOMG is more of getting artists from the lesser known scenes and launch them into mainstream, in which I think most people will think Lee Hi fits in with P Nation. Otherwise, I think AOMG edges out in most areas. AOMG established back in 2013 and since then no artists have left the company and their roster only increases. Like Code Kunst mentioned in the video that he would renew his contract unless AOMG goes bankrupt and that speaks volume.

i feel like code kunst is so eager to sign lee hi because he wants the best for her, both musically and financially. with big companies you'd be set financially since they'd help you get TV shows, festivals, tours but you wouldn't have a lot of artistic freedom. with a small indie company, you're free to make whatever music you want but it's harder to book broadcast shows and that stuff without connections. AOMG can do both for her and is probably the best choice for her, as the middle ground of big/indie companies. and plus code kunst is always talking about hayi being his muse and i know he and the rest of AOMG would love to work with her more often :))

Hence it's pretty obvious AOMG is the final choice, but for some reasons Hayi still hesitates to sign officially, she only let them assist this comeback schedules first (kinda test the water to see how well this agency will fit her?) she won't announce anything yet until finishing this comeback i think. Fun fact: the staffs who edit these vlogs are from AOMG, cauz this is their editing style, probably the one who helped her film (2nd camera) also an AOMG staff, that's why she bursted into laughter when Epik High said they disagree with her joining AOMG. 😂

mochi i actually disagree regarding 88rising, Hayi is more of a traditional r&b inclined rather than the urban hip-hop / r&b / trap music that is the vibe of 88rising. I really can't see Hayi joining that company, I don't think she's close with any of the artists there. Also, 88rising seems like a bad choice if she wants to keep promoting in SK, they don't seem to have the experience to handle the typical music shows/fansigns/reality tv broadcasts that high profile SK artists would do. I agree that Chung Ha's company might be fitting tho.
