With regards to Craig never revealing his political view on his show, I think Craig took Johnny Carson's advice and said it is not my job to be political. Craig poked fun at everyone and left it at that. Brilliant decision, as he never alienated any viewer, he welcomed all. Craig's politics generally are center left, but he chose not to talk about it on air. Good for him, a rarity.
Exactly and he's witty enough to participate but not really go full preachy and beige dreaming of some utopian one side ass kissing. He really does pokes fun at everything. One of the greatest to do it just for that.

Also, he's too intelligent to not realize that he named three denominations of one religion, he specifically said "three different religions" to make Gingrich sound like a wack job (don't get me wrong I don't like Gingrich either but this just shows Bill's underhandedness).
Not a fan of Maher and his incessant bitching about real Americans, but Craig was able to keep his putrid trap shut by not talking about politics. He was actually mildly tolerable.
I guess he just decided not to openly discuss his political views. Since he's from Scotland, which most of you would consider socialist... or for the unschooled, communist, his views just wouldn't be accepted. Besides that he's not a native American, and he might think he's not fully entitled to discuss his opinion. I guess him being somewhat neutral on politics makes him more interesting for both parties to visit. I'm a socialist (European), but I think the current division in media isn't making America any greater than promised. You seem to quit listening to each other and just started shouting and hating, and it doesn't look good. I think a 'neutral' show like this has more advantages than the current flow of attacks, hate, racism, pc'ness and divisional rants.

To most it doesn't matter where you're originally from, when you come to America and become a citizen, you're American. Although to be honest, I'm glad he never muddied up his show with politics, one of the main reasons I always liked him. And his stand-up is off the charts funny

I'm pretty sure Craig sees himself as a proper American, he married one, is American since '08 and lived there since the '90s or so. He also did that annual comedic presidential press thing for Bush so I'm pretty sure he felt eligible enough to do political topics in his show. And he did, but never too much. He invited guests from both parties and that seems more fair than the current shows. I'm all for criticizing Trump, but the current amount of outgoing flack from the late night shows seem more hurtful than helping.
In america, there's literally no such thing as a curry restaurant😂😂😂😂😂 it can be an Indian restaurant which is probably what he is talking about, Pakistani restaurant or thai. Those Cuisines have curry, and burmese, but there's no such thing as a curry restaurant here😂😂😂😂
