Guess its a good idea to perfect parry then drive impact. Then that stops the scaling after a perfect parry. I will try that more often.

it still scales, they just do it because less things to think about, saves you from headache, gives you meter advantage, and will save you if do not have enough hp to armor.

Opponent frezzed trying to read his next move. Daigo take a drink. Opponent gets more nervous a prepare himself for the attack. Daigo drinks again
Jimmy have to stop the pressure to drink. For me this is your weakness.

Is breaking throws difficult on Street Fighter or something? I'm asking as a Tekken player.
fairly easy its the not getting baited that's the hard part however in terms of trying to react to a throw i don't think that's possible (rock paper scissors for the most part)
Unlike Tekken, throws are un-reactable in Street Fighter and you have to guess to break them. In terms of difficulty, they aren't hard to break at all but sometimes you'll get thrown 6 times in a row because you think they wont do it again.
Throws in SF6 have a 5f startup , you can tech past that though.
This Jamie is the least pleasant to watch compared to the others, but the most effective
Daigo's playstyle really showcases that Jamie has a pretty darn good midrange neutral game.
I felt like dive cancel -> OD command grab -> Super3 is kinda rape move.
sure It still can be counter in theory and high cost (5 dive gauge) but still a very nice option to have.
Jaime is an offensive character and so for him to play Jaime too conservatively like this he won't be winning any major competition anytime soon
