Great Job brotha! ❤ and ignore these trolls on here. They are just jealous cuz you actually made something bad ass out of nothing. You my friend are an inspiration to us all. I'm glad I ran into this video. Thank you sir. Keep building your dream ❤.
It's excellent, with my apologies I think I'll steal your design. Since I built my PC about 4 years ago it gave me satisfaction and I learned some carpentry I have built my own furniture, but lately the idea of making my own house has been on my mind more and more, first because I don't have money and second for that satisfaction it gives me when I build my own things
I am doing alot of research, helping my mom start the container process to live in from scartch. You make everything look seemless. Thank you for sharing youre, talent vision, art. To do it alone, although yoi have experince is no easy task but yoi still dared too, I applaued you. Again thanks for sharing.
Great job. A lil late to the party, but new sub. Not having the formal ‘skill’ but getting the job done and quite nicely is commendable. I am looking to buy land and self build. So you are an inspiration that it can be done, and alone if needed. Thanks for sharing!!!
Great job, beautiful build! Plus it must feel so satisfying to stand back and see all your hard work come into existence. Just looking at your home makes me feel inspired, so I cannot even imagine how you must feel. Congrats you got a beauty on your hands,. I can only imagine the great views from up there! I can truly say that my 3 favorite parts of your build were; the little round window, the lovely wood table and the skeleton in no particular order. I've always had an interest in dinosaurs since watching an old tv show called "Land of the Lost" when I was little, so this joggeled a good memory for me. Thanks for sharing with us all, I was taking mental notes. Take care and God Bless you ; )
Monie, thanks so much for your kind words! I’ve built about 100 animal skeletons, including that javelina. I don’t post much but my Instagram is txskellymuseum.
Hi Coyote Lab, Rosa here Nice job! I grew up watching my Dad building houses back on the days in Mexico. Where most of the walls were made of concrete. I love building, creating, but specially interior designing. I really enjoyed watching your video (pretty informative). I subscribed to your Chanel though I believe that this is the first one of your videos that I’ve ever watched. I really like your way. Good video by the way. I don’t know how can you take care of both and being good at both ( pretty talented) . Congratulations! Very good job! ❤️👍🏻
I've got another suggestion for you. Get a strip or two of masonite trim boards and pin them to the sides of the foam blocks at the thickness of cut you want. Then just slide the hot wire down the masonite rails. Should make your cuts more consistent.
Damn good idea! I bought a much thicker nichrome wire which should also help a lot. The wire size is sensitive to the amount of power running to it, and I only had too little or too much power out there to run the thicker wire.
@@thecoyotelab If you do away with that (I'm guessing here) laptop power supply and change it to a lab bench power supply then you can dial in the voltage and current you need for whatever length and thickness of wire you are using.
I watched your video and you did such a great job ❤ Im going to do research on materials where I live and start mine too. Thanks for sharing the beautiful sceneries ❤
Thank goodness for fast forward or it would've taken you forever! Just kidding! A lot of hard work and perseverance. Beautiful finish! Enjoyed watching...
No way… you’re a Sox fan! That’s so great. Me, too. You must not be far from my ‘hood. I’ve been dreaming of having a custom container home built for 11 years, now. I have a good friend who said he’d help me, once I’m ready, but I’m afraid he is now about ready to move back to Eastern Europe, permanently. I’ll be taking a carpentry class (something only a millennial yuppie would do) soon enough. Hopefully I can figure it out on my own! Can you tell me anything about the artist of those prints you hung on the upstairs cabin wall? Looked like depictions of a dystopian urban warfare scene, from our not-too-distant future.
So what was missing was a cabin on top of the container. Well done. The night stand seems to be strangely alive. Thank god the skeleton is definitely dead. Great design choice! Expect the unexpected.
Thanks Betty. Several years ago the lake authority banned open foam under docks. As a result, people pulled their docks out and the foam started piling up over here. I’ve been looking for ways to use it.
I’m very interested in building a 20’ container for me to live in with my dog when she has puppies. What does everyone recommend for a power supply that will run a fridge all day and a ac/heater unit (what unit would you recommend) for about 3-5hrs and will be able to run an air fryer&coffee maker & phone charger Also a nice toilet system without having a sewer hookup?
Exciting project and well done... bravo! May I ask what was the total cost of this project and how long did it take to build it? I am considering changing my vintage/falling apart garage for a container. Living in Canada.
Would of been nice if he answered your comment, most times they don't, it's a bummer, OR , he just doesn't want to give out that information....oh well that ends well. 😮😅
I’m definitely new to working with Conex cans so I appreciate the videos. There’s definitely more than one way to skin a cat and I personally love seeing a fresh idea on how to build something, that being said I was taught very early on that overbuilding never gets noticed but under building will haunt you forever.
Man of the year 2024. The house is so beautiful❤❤❤

Overhead MiG welding with no sleeves, man you've got some thick skin! Really nice job, thanks for sharing the process with us.
You’ve set a standard for all guys to live up to!!!😎

Omg dude that was so cool you made it look easy when I know it wasn’t!!! You’re a master of your trade!
What a great video to watch! No music!! Woo-hoo! And very interesting. Great job on the build! ❤
This is an honest build video and you ended up with a beautiful place to stay built with your own hands. Congratulations, enjoy !
This is excellent ! I hope you had a good rest after doing this beautiful work...Thank you for sharing with us, stay blessed.
your drive, imagination and vision is incredible. NICE work!
Thanks Tommy!
Fantastic use of space in this short video. I think you did a great job. Love the sleeping quarters with deck up top.
Just watching you create this masterpiece has been a joy 💯💪🏾
This is exactly what I need! Moving from Detroit to Charlotte NC! Love the cargo homes…and this build on top of it is so nice.
Always enjoy another container build!! 🍻 ✌️

Bad ass!!!! I love the idea of the bedroom on top.
Thanks for sharing this great video.
Inspiring!
Greetings from Baja, Mexico.
This is amazing! Love your work!
OMG I'm so amazed at your work. I couldn't stop watching. I wish I could do this myself.
Styrofoam for a bed frame is one I never considered until I saw this!
I admire him making all of it.. 👏👏👏👏 you are amazing, i like how it was done
Great work
One suggestion I would make is instead of having that big foam block you could put storage in there under the bed
Why no vapor barrier when adding the flooring?
Great job, beautiful build! Plus it must feel so satisfying to stand back and see all your hard work come into existence.

Hi Rosa, welcome-and thank you! Great to hear about your interests.
The quality is fantastic!
Your sarcasm is obvious...

@@thecoyotelab Sorry to be that guy but…why aren’t there any gay guys like you? Just normal hardworking dudes that do dude stuff and like dude things.
I watched your video and you did such a great job ❤ Im going to do research on materials where I live and start mine too. Thanks for sharing the beautiful sceneries ❤

Impresionante 😮
I've never seen insulation done like that. Is the big bulk thing a lot cheaper than buying per panel?
Nice! Congratulations 👏👏👏❤❤

Нация, которая претендует на исключительность, живёт в домах из картона и палок, грозя всему миру из дома из контейнера.
Got to love it!!!
Where are you finding those huge chunks of foam? I love how much material you repurposed... great job!!
What if you built a water reservoir on top, set up as solar water heater on the flat roof?
Great Video Matt, New Sub here, thanks for sharing
Amazing ❤
Good job 💯
So what was missing was a cabin on top of the container. Well done. The night stand seems to be strangely alive. Thank god the skeleton is definitely dead. Great design choice! Expect the unexpected.
Sorta looks like a lake west of Fort Worth, TX. at times and even maybe Lake Texoma... just saying
Absolutely awesome great work

After watching this i realize how much of a Man i am not 😂 sweet job Man.
Double Honors Bro!!!

I really wish I would have stayed in shop class. In high school.
Great job
Awesome i would love something like that.
Just Wow!!
I love the Idea, can't believe someone broke into that, nieve in Oregon..
Nice job. Curious why you didn't run the electric in the wall and roof when you had it open.. versus surface mounting it? Time..I suppose.
This is so awesome. Well done!
Thanks Antin! Was a fun project.
Very cool!
NICE WORK!
Hey, what's with the painting that has Antifa on it? I've watched a few videos so far. Great stuff.

Nice 👍🙂 great job where did you get the foam looks like you will stay warm and cool !
Thanks Betty. Several years ago the lake authority banned open foam under docks. As a result, people pulled their docks out and the foam started piling up over here. I’ve been looking for ways to use it.
Great window and door detailing. I really like your work truck. Enjoy your retreat.
Thank you! That little Honda mini is the best. Our friend Johnny named her Honda Rousey.
I was looking for a video on container and got into this cabin instead lol
😊 awesome job

Lots of good ideas! Thanks
Nice work! What location are you in??
Why does the inner porthole open when the outer panel is fixed?
This man is really jenius
There are chemicals in polyfoam. Don't use it as a bed if you can.
How much will it cost to build a two-story house?
Good job
amazing work , work hard
Would love to do something like that in the near future...amazing work.

Fantastic build

Very inspiring! Your Honda pick-up truck, is it from Japan? Thank you for sharing your videos.
Que costo tiene esta hermosa casa?
A video on how "not" to build a little cabin. Over kill in so many ways!
