Great video! I am lucky enough to live in Girona for a while now. Next time I would recommend you to visit this region during “demi-season”, but you probably got it already 👍 September-early October is the best, since you can still enjoy warm sea
As a local from Girona, I enjoyed your video very much although I feel that you should be better informed about a few things, apart from our local pastry, the date of the wall you climbed up which is XIV century instead than IX, mervat del Lleó is pronounced exactly as it is written and the same with Lloret de Mar, double l is pronounced in Catalan language. Thank you!
Hi Laura, you’ve stumbled into one of my future retirement locales. Shhhh! Mums the word. Mediterranean beaches, mountains, a quaint but lively centro, historical sites and a cycling paradise. The only thing I would want is easier access to skiing. Any plans on visiting Andorra?

Great video! We loved Girona! Another thing that’s easy from Girona is a quick train ride to Figeres to visit the Dali Museum.
