"Man, that was annoying!" Shrek loves to take digs at musical numbers, because it's supposed to be the anti-Disney franchise. They really hammered that home in this movie and I love it.
I love the attention to detail that Shrek takes damage when the Merry Man shoots an arrow and misses, if anyone knows the full context of the movie you'll know that the arrow actually hit Shrek in the butt
Same here when I first watch this not knowing this isn't a disney movie @ first I thought is a disney since I recognise some disney characters like Pinocchio
I noticed how cocky robin hood is by positioning himself where the light coming through the trees is as if it's his spotlight and the forest enjoys him. It's pretty ironic then when his skull hits a stone.
It's because of UA-cam's policy about anything made for kids will have comments turned off because people have been complaining about children seeing inappropriate comments on videos.
I have a theory that lord farquad sent robin hood and the merry men to find fiona and bring her back to him just look at the way the shrek donkey and fiona run into robin hood and the merry men they didnt run into them by coincidence
What I especially like about that is when the music stops _precisely_ after Fiona punches a hole through the instrument, like the guy continued playing the whole time up to that point even while chasing her.
Speaking from ballet experience when a girls plaid bun came undone and she had to spin while i held her hands… that plaid hit is worth wayyyy more damage
The fact that it took me years to learn this was a reference to The Matrix (because I first watched The Matrix when I was like 14 or something but watched Shrek so much as a kid) lmao
No, he's not, Thomas Barnard made most of those videos before i did. I got permission from him to use his videos for my own version of the battles, but I did the damages and healthbars differently from his.

Yep. Look at the trees behind Shrek and Donkey and you'll see the arrow ricochet off of them. That must have done it.
2:07 their faces😂

donkey: shriek remind me to never make her angry. shriek: dully noted
Love the detail of Shrek’s health bar going down because of the arrow
1:42 My type of woman.
After the fight, the looks on Shrek and Donkey's faces.😆

"flawless victory" 😂😂😂😂 that got me
Robin hood is literally the most brutal death in shrek
He's not even dead.
@@CaseyAlhambra I think he is judging by how hard he hit the rock on the back of his head + him not showing up in any shrel movie anymore
He shows up in the short film where Shrek and everyone else is sing Karaoke in the swamp.
Funnily enough I thought Fiona ended Robin's life along with the other men as a kid too until the karaoke scene.
why are the comments disabled in the other videos of this? This scene is so perfect

@@CaseyAlhambra stupid policy that wont work and only makes things annoying
@@CaseyAlhambraKarens hate fun
1:42 what my mom be like when I fail my test
This has always been my favourite scene. Was always crushing on Little John.
1:43 Somebody make a 1-hour loop of that.
Hey that's my princess go find your own
Please monster! Can't you see I'm a little busy here?!

Look, pal! I don’t know who you think you are! 😠
@joezilla0250 ah, of course how rude of me, allow me to introduce myself...OH MERRRY MEN!
*merry men appear*
Ta ta ta ta!
I steal from the rich and give it to the needy
*This victory strengthens the soul of Princess Fiona*
The guy who played Robin Hood in this (Vincent Cassel) is now voicing a character in Tekken 8.

When Friar Tuck chased her 😭😭🤣
1:36 You little what? She doesn't have to like your song.
Fiona literally gave Mr. Hood a concussion. Or killed him from the concussion.
That was awesome 👍🏻
0:26 Fiona looks at the camera
My favorite part is when the guy with the accordian starts chasing Fiona 😂
What I especially like about that is when the music stops _precisely_ after Fiona punches a hole through the instrument, like the guy continued playing the whole time up to that point even while chasing her.
Why is he french? The original Robin Hood was english.
That's part of the joke.
That's the whole joke lol, Shrek is parodying different tales
Speaking from ballet experience when a girls plaid bun came undone and she had to spin while i held her hands… that plaid hit is worth wayyyy more damage
Who else appreciates the accordion cover of Fiona's theme at 1:57?

Fun fact she n Natalie from the charlie angels share the same actress
Don't piss off Fiona
The fact that it took me years to learn this was a reference to The Matrix (because I first watched The Matrix when I was like 14 or something but watched Shrek so much as a kid) lmao
His name is Monsignor hood
That doesn’t matter because in the wiki page, Monsieur Hood is also known as Robin Hood so Robin Hood can be counted.
Casey and Thomas use different methods for their healthbars. Like Waternoose, for example.
Casey Alhambra is right
I love how people don't realize this is a direct reference to Robin Hood: Men in Tights.
Prowl:impressive
Bulkhead:where’d you learn moves like that?
Fiona is my kind of princess. Feisty and badass
hi

Thomas barding is coping you!!!!!!
