A roof deck would really help. This Bali style of luxury home is “common” in Phuket, Thailand, for about $8M US 😖. Speaking of, there is a tremendous opportunity for someone to import solid wood interior doors from Thailand for use in the US instead of cheap hollow interior doors. The rate of exchange and the low labor cost woul make them viable, and they are beautiful. Just sayin’……

Why would someone build a unique custom home only to sell it?? This house is too custom for mass appeal (of those that can afford it.) It will never sell at this price tag. Already on the market 20 days with HOA fees at a staggering $10,000 a year not counting the luxury tax and annual property tax. Yikes. Who wants to live in California??

Tiny common areas, way too far from the beach and too many other properties inbetween it and the beach Not to mention 2 roads between it and the beach. The house is TOO chopped no huge open areas like any other $26,000,000.00 home. IF it were ON the BEACH with views up and down the coast it would be worth $15,000,000.00 because of its TINY COMMON AREAS AND THE BAD DESIGN / CHOPPED UP HOME. But it has some wood from BALI and some surfboards.... whoopty shit!. Altman you aught to be ashamed to be seen showing this overpriced home, where it sits, its worth $8,000,000.00 tops.
