I know how you guys like Hooters so... perhaps you'll like the truck I made. Ill be back on Saturday with a new video! Hope your week is going good! 🍺🍺🍻🍗🍗
Would you be interested in joining (for free) a diecast auction site where 100% of the bid goes to the artist? I'm working on making one, but haven't asked people until I heard them mention interest in auctioning off some of their cars.
I actually do remember painting that one lol. My brother and I used to have a whole little country town set up. We each had farms, hot rods, race cars, a trucking company, and so on. That one was one of my hot rods lol.
It would be cool if you were to auction off some of your cars. Maybe you could put a signed info picture card with each car and a reference to the video you restored or modified it. Each one would be a one of a kind collectable!
@@DiecastResurrection You could also raffle some off. A few dollars per ticket maybe? It doesn't price any viewer out of the market in the same way that an auction can and you could possibly get a greater return?
Hey man. Great videos and I love how much your channel has and has not changed. I had an idea for a video for you. If you have any REALLY crusty cars, try liquid masking half of it and restore the other side. Get a "Two Face" car 🤣 Keep up the good work man!
Man that looks great. I remember when they had the Hooters truck at the grand opening of the restaurant here in Myrtle Beach S.C. and that looks very much like it. I went to Hooters four times before I found out that they served wings too!!!! LMAO
Impossible to like this too much. Outstanding build. One day .... maybe .... one day, I'll get a paint booth. For now, rattlecans and watching #DiecastResurrection !
I for one would LOVE to bid on some of the custom cars you make. If you do put some cars on eBay I can guarantee I will be there. You do such good work.
I actually have this original truck with no nicks or anything, I bought it brand new as a kid and never let anything happen to it cause my Dad really loved it. Hooters all the Way Bro!
If you would decide to auction off some cars, please let us know, I want in on one! If they could come with some kind of Diecast Resurrection COA that would be DOPE!!! Thanks!! Great video as always.
I don't, in fact, much care for Hooters restaurant. But that resto job came out absolutely great! Well done, sir. Are we going to get to see a dualy charger some time soon? I hope so! Thanks for sharing this with us!
great video love the replica livery. if you decide to sell some especially the Marlboro Twin Mill I'd love to grab that. I'd also like to see maybe a highway 35 replica or original livery as I'm a huge fan of the old movie. keep up the great work man.
If you liked that duelie car, there's a guy on UA-cam building a Cuda on top of a duelie pickup frame. Check out "Off the Ranch" and "Muscle Rod Shop" to see it come together. It's pretty amazing.
I have been really into these restorations you’ve been doing….but I’ll stick with my plastic models! Lol Hey…tip with those decals…instead of using the paint brush to smooth them out, try rolling a cotton bud (q tip) from the centers out to remove as much of your setting solution as possible. Also, it doesn’t appear that you are using the solvent, the red bottle. If you are having problems getting them to bend around edges and bodylines, that stuff will help. It’ll also help keep those edges from peeling up!
That came out awesome! Not sure but these may have been a promotional thing, I went to Hooters in Sydney Australia not long after they opened and they had a 1:64 and a 1:18 scale version on their memorabilia wall. That's 1 US chain I don't think will last here, way overpriced ($27 AU for a burger, chips and a coke) and took nearly 30 minutes to get to the table even though there was 10 people in the place for lunch and nearly as many wait staff.
That teal blue icecream truck in the back ground is still eye catching! If you ever decide to sell it, i will put my name in the hat! What would your starting bid be?
My mother used to love going to hooters with her friends, no joke, they loved the wings and the severs enjoyed dealing with a bunch of 50-60 year old women for a change
I know how you guys like Hooters so... perhaps you'll like the truck I made. Ill be back on Saturday with a new video! Hope your week is going good! 🍺🍺🍻🍗🍗
It's my birthday. Kinda feeling sh*tty tho. But your video came at the perfect time and I love your energy. Cheers 🍻

@@reh3ddoes awesome idea
NW, do you sell some of your work as part of your Merch?

I was looking for your reply lol
Did you have a Hooters restaurant in the play set?
@@2meterPeter. no, but we should have lol

That's not a bad idea, and then seal them in those plastic packs. Make you guys decide to rip them open or not lol
@@DiecastResurrection I second the idea. I like owning customs from different artist, and value them over any release.
@@DiecastResurrection You could also raffle some off. A few dollars per ticket maybe? It doesn't price any viewer out of the market in the same way that an auction can and you could possibly get a greater return?
I think a raffle is the way to go. It'd be fair, because not everyone has deep pockets.
@@h2ofield Until someone buys all the tickets
Would love a throwback visit to all your past projects. A video with a quick showcase of all your vehicles you have done since day 1.

More than a mouth full bro! Alan Kulwicki would be proud!
That Flashsider is looking totally factory fresh+! :)

Great outcome with the truck. Thank you for the license plate.
nice build, details and paint job 👍👍
Silly me I still have one in the original package. The Hooters conversion is awesome!
Who doesn't love Hooters, right ? Jokes aside, it came out awesome.
Since you did an Alan Kulwicki tribute truck, I think you need to do a Davey Allison tribute, With the #28 Texaco/Havoline scheme.
If he does that, he needs a Tri Five Ford pickup
I think a J.D. McDuffee tribute would be better tbh
I probably misspelled his last name
@@TimberWolf429 I have a tri-5 ford pickup in the next batch of cars to send him...
I never care what you do. I enjoy the banter and the quality paint jobs.
That white with the decals looks clean af. This one turned out great.

I've heard some people saying that vinegar is a good alternative for the decal setting solution, is that true? 🤔😅

Another great looking model! 👌 y'all got Hooters in Canada? 🤣
An odd pairing, hooters and hot wheels, but it turned out fantastic,if those og wheels are still good, it'd be nice to see them on something 😀
Yea I saved them for a mini truck or something

First time I’ve been on your channel in a while. Glad your still doing well.
I look forward to the ebay war over your customs. I would be so stoked to own one.
I love hooters
Yes . I would like to get cars from you on Ebay .
I don't even collect hot wheels. But if you through some up on ebay I'll help you out.you builds are amazing.
Hello, I like the new look 👍👌
I really enjoy your videos . I'm trying to get into it myself but having trouble finding used and abused cars to fix up
I like to hunt at flea markets and auto swap meets. Often times you and get 4 for a dollar out of an old cardboard box...
Oh geez come raid my boys' toybox, ain't nothing pristine in there!
I find my old crusty cars at thrift stores. Usually get a bag of 10 or so for a few dollars
Hello 😂 love your videos
