I loved Ms. O'Hara in South Pacific and I was hoping this production would be broadcasted on PBS. Because it looks stunning

I mean, everything Kelli O'Hara touches is gold, but this is fuckin' platinum.
Kelli needs to star in every R&H musical ever and they all need to be filmed and played for everybody by PBS because she is literal perfection. ('Live from Lincoln Center' I AM LOOKING AT YOU)

Imagine having the nerve or gall to take on the Yul Brynner role. No one having seen Yul could stomach seeing anyone else attempt it. It will always be his.
