I assume the girl is the "teacher" - all she ever says is "Ahem". So I don't quite understand what the benefit is? How does this student benefit from this session? She never offers corrections or new vocabulary?
Added to which, she is extremely unprofessional, looks bored, moves around too much etc.
The goal is to let the student speak as much as possible in the conversation. The teacher should not be speaking most of the time.
