My personal hair growth journey of success, I followed this routine:

Honestly I think this does not impact anything on minoxidil treatment. You can use one shampoo on one day and the other one the other day. Just know you don’t need to shampoo your hair every day because you’re using minoxidil. Some people think they need to shampoo daily because of minox usage. This is simply not true and can impact the health of your hair

Yes you can. Although some brands even say it’s best to cover your hair when going outside because of UV-rays, or to avoid sun (personally I don’t do it). Also, with heavy rain it’s important to keep your scalp dry when still within the 4 hour range after application. Otherwise it might not work optimally.
