  • In this video, I shared my insights on the concept of business process automation for small businesses. I passionately believe in the simplicity and efficiency that automation can bring and this belief is the lynchpin of my business.
    In the video, my aim was to elucidate the basics of automation processes for newcomers. The journey of an automation sequence typically begins with a trigger, which could be time-based events, an email, or a new task creation. Following this, we have inputs that include raw data, customer-provided information, or relevant data pulled from databases. Then, a gamut of tools like Chat GPT, Zapier, Copy AI, Google Drive, ClickUp get to work to act on these inputs. The endpoint of this sequence is an output, usually generated data, documents, or perhaps a trigger for another automation event.
    Throughout this video, I wanted to stress to fellow small business owners that an automation process doesn't have to be complex. Even a simple automation sequence, such as utilizing a Google Form to trigger an automatic email, can save you valuable time and resources. I encouraged viewers to start their automation journey with simple steps and choose tools that integrate well with each other to optimize their processes. The ultimate goal? To leverage automation for efficiency, so you can focus on doing what you love - growing your business.
