This was so helpful. I don't recall any dentist ever addressing toothbrush type beyond recommending an electric brush. I just learned from you that I had not selected the correct electric brush for my particular issues. I will remedy that asap. Thanks!
Thank you for this video !! I love how detail you are and how you actually do it on your own teeth to show us, so thank you !!! I love you videos and I love your tooth powder , I will keep buying 😊
Thank you so much, I switched to soft bristles and also started brushing properly as you instructed. Im sure you must have heard of mewing, it really works, Ive been doing that for several months and yes, it really improves health. Its interesting many of those things stem from Hindu traditions, also its good to every day repeat certain mudras in mouth like ketchari mudra - it really improves teeth, gums, works on all levels of our existence🙂🪷.
thanks for the video :) whice one is write for me i think its the sonic but i would love to hear your opnion my gums are already got smaller from wrong brushing and manuel is king of hard because my hand get hurts after a while , so is the sonic is the one for me ? i want to make my gums stronger again , thanks alot :)
It's funny how one dentist Ellie Philips with 40+ years of experience warns not to use soft brushes as they not really doing the job, but here comes another one with 30-years of experience saying softest brushes are the best.... too many contradicting information on YT coming from dentists :( From my point of view I like to use both as well as both types of electric tootbrushes one in the morning, another one before sleep. Softest bristles are not really good with gum massage they don't stimulate gums well enough to heal and prevent recession. Healthy strong teeth cannot be harmed by medium or even hard bristles if that happens it's really not the cause of the brush, but other problem.

Love the video😊
For those with recessed gums, will it worsen if bristles are pushing agains the gums? Also it seems like plaque would be pushed into the gums.
Try not to brush straight on the gums.

I have always used oral b but I have gum recession😢 should I switch to a manual? I use oral b io
What if I have 24 crowns all throughout my mouth? Is electric toothbrush still good to prevent tooth decay?
Sonicare or Oral B?
I'm going to try Burst then so thank you
Sonicare
I use sonicare
Is there anyway to get ur gut health programme in UK?

She needs to get together with Dr Ellie Phillips... Would love to see these two debate their information.. So confusing.
Over 13 minutes for this? I’ve always been told just as long as I put one in my hole and move it around. That’s all I need to do.
Burst has very bad reviews on trust pilot
I found they made my teeth lose
