Few points to note:
1. She never made public her relationship with Baniya, she even told in an interview (Suman sanga Man ka kura) that she would disclose only at the right time, but she happily shared her pictures with Sirohiya in her IG few months into that friendship(?) (this shows she never intended to marry Baniya or get in a long-term relationship with him)
2. Two couples broke up at around the same time (Sirohiya-Shah and Baniya-Khatiwada), this can quite indicate the now-married couple seeing and feeling for each other while in their relationships.
3. One year into Harvard and coming back home she was doing a podcast with Baniya and was roaming around with him, (she didn't do the podcast with Silwal that time though other past Miss Nepal had done, and coming back after finishing her course she goes directly to Silwal's podcast because she has a lot to say) the rumour of their break-up started before the end of second year (Sirohiya had gone there for a course at around the same time too).
4. Baniya while going to different interviews and podcasts was unapologetically talking about his drinking habits, him smoking marijuana etc. Baniya showed his raw unfiltered side to public whereas Sirohiya never made a raw public image (despite his accident thing and so many rumours about his dating, drugs, lifestyle and other stuffs), Khatiwada being from a political family was always conscious of her public image and cared on how to keep public/private stuffs separate. (not to mention her ambitious nature) (her earlier posts in IG of her past were deleted when she participated in the pageant)
Conclusion: Nobody is wrong and there can be many layers down under but a few things/points can be perceived/acknowledged superficially too, one can draw conclusions/lessons on their own, no disrespect to anyone, no judgements passed to anyone. Live and let live.
