I’ve used the same log in since I’ve got the computer, when I try to log in now it says “you are not authorized to use this computer chromebook laptop” If I power wash will I lose everything ? Even if I use the same email again

Why /When IS the PW performed in the first place ( aside from his couple of examples ) ? I mean, what's a sign that one should start pondering it ? And, does it only refresh the unit, or does it update it in any way, too ?
My Acer Chromebook screen was functioning perfectly & all of a sudden the screen looks cracked & its mostly black. Didnt drop it or handle it roughly. How do I powerwash this when I cant see the screen? Is there a way I can view the screen on another device?

Bertita Mayen I was able to contact the school where the chromebook was originally from. They were wonderful in helping me. they were able to unenroll the chromebook. However, I was faced with a new problem. Certain keys on the keyboard didnt work. I contacted the seller (ebay) and he refunded my money. However, I was still dissappointed because I really wanted to use the chromebook. Thanks for asking.
And how about if this don't work. Bought a chromebook off Ebay and it has some type of administration school.org. sign in screen looked on the home screen n I can do any thing at all

I'm on this screen but nothing comes up when I type, neither does the TouchPad work, the mouse icon doesn't appear on screen
