I'm just taking the lettering off if there's no lettering ill just ruff the surface so the paint has some thing to stick too..but yeah I'm not taking the integrity out of the tyre my removing the raised letters.

The reason I apply them is because the white rubber discolours these days and my paint stays nice and white. Plus here in Australia we don't have access to many sizes in walled tyres
Hey man depending on how big the profile of the tyre is... say a 15 inch tyre that has the white wall a fair distance from the road would last once or twice of the life of the tyre. It's water based paint thats all the info I can give out on that.

Hey mate I do sell kits. Gold isn't a colour you can use on a tyre that is flexing. Because it's a metallic paint.

I ordered new whitewall tires but reviews say they will brown fast, can I cover them with white paint if so?
No don't paint it, add a transparent protective coating. It would be a lot better.

Nah I'm good, reviews were just full of people that didn't know how to keep them clean, they haven't gone brown on me, it's been 2 years.
