A little Uziza should go a long way right? Or it depends on the amount of soup u re cooking?
It really does depend on the amount of soup you are cooking and how much uziza you'd like.
Hv never seen ogiri isi in uk here
Go to Peckham from African shops or Adès shops. Ask for ogiri igbo.
U need to open a restaurant in Lagos
Soon😍
Could you please ship some through LAX to me?
Secondly, offor is always lumpy if not handled carefully, so to avoid that, i stir fry a little before adding...another heavenly taste entirely
Please what is offor?
Please how do you stir fry? Do you mix the offor with palm oil while stir trying?
Nice nails !!
Please what is the archi or ofor , How can I describe it out of Nigeria ?
@uriah is called the THICKNER is anything you can add to the soup to make it thick example is local achi you can get it from any African store or you can blend oatmeal and use it too if you dont have any African store around you.
Hope that help you a little...thanks
If u can’t use oat u can use cocoyam
Thank you🥰
Well said.
@@omaryland5039
Oatmeal ? Thanks for that tip
Hi Ify, can I use ogili okpei or ogili Igbo? I’m not too familiar with ogili isi
You can't use ogiri okpei, but ogiri Igbo is the same as ogiri isi.
Thank you so much for responding
Hi beautiful 😍 teacher for cooking 🍳 woman in Najeerya.
Please, is there a difference between Uziza soup and Oha soup?
Yes ...the method is the same but the vegetables used are different.
@@Ifyskitchen Well noted ma. Thanks so much.
Yes. Same method. U can use both leaves together.
Can we use corn flour as thickner?
I won’t recommend it pls.
Okay. Thank you responding
