Too funny. We just got A LOT of turmeric from one plant. Even my mom was like 😮 because the soil here is horrendously compacted clay. Our next project is to try to grow ginger... again. Any advice is welcomed. For some reason, we can't seem to grow it 🤦😩
It should grow very similar to turmeric as far as I know! Good loose fertile soil should do you well. Let me know how it goes and I'll see if I can find some more information for you.
