    No non veg food
    New soul inside experience pain because previous family missing them. This soul missing old family members
    Don't know what death that soul has seen
    So pregnancy period very important for child inside for parents as well
    After birth child remember everything for 4 years about last birth . That's why in sleep they smile cry make expression.
    So they need love that time
    Take all supplements
    Try homemade food only
    While preparing food, have good emotion, give good vibrations to food, play bhajans in kitchen during food preparation. Baby inside will feel all the love , bonding starts with the child inside only .
    Because we know a way to a man heart is food

    But most doctors always advice to take well cooked- eggs, chicken or fish during this time..because plant sourced proteins are not enough for pregnant women. soyabean, rajma, even milk products were really difficult to digest for me. I personally started taking veg diet which made me more weak, and gave me indigestion, less weight gain during pregnancy.......I am sorry to say that as a doctor you should not give this kind of dangerous advice to all Indian pregnant women. Every pregnant lady should take diet according to their culture and the food should be less spicy, healthy.

    Its easy to stick to veg, when u r talking in India ,but there r places where u cant grow veggies, so u hv to go for non- veg
