I love Laneige. I have ridiculously dry skin and this is one line that really works for me.
I have ridiculously dry skin too. It’s getting really bad right now ever since we had to turn the furnace on. We just had to get a new one and the humidifier on it isn’t ready yet. I think I am going to give Laneige a try and see if it helps!

They think we don't notice that they keep bringing the same trends back but just changing the names 😄 Still, ngl I'm into the 'glazed donut' skin (and nail) trend. The laneige lip glowy balm and cream skin toner are ride or die products for me, so I'm curious about this range now, especially the reformulation of the water sleeping mask, as I really didn't get on with the original.
How can you tell which ones are the reformulation? Is there different packaging? (Couldn't use the original either and I saw some of the water sleeping mask at TJ Maxx the other day....)

I love using laneige waterbank line, it doesn’t irritate my skin and it’s super light and hydrating even for my oily skin it’s super nice for a nighttime routine also the packaging is super cute

I remember when Laniege was sold at Target and was affordable. Then, it started being sold at Sephora and increased in price.
I’ve been using the hyaluronic acid serum for three months and I love it!! I know you talk about the user experience and for me it’s so pleasant to use - the packaging, the scent and the feel of the formula. I also like the finish and how it dries down - my skin tends to be on the oily side and it absorbs to well and never interferes with my moisturizer or makeup.

no joke, but toners are so much better for my skin than even creams. creams make me break out however light they are(even the lightest ones make my skin feel that nasty coldlike sweat feeling), but toners just bring moisture to my skin without clogging it. I went back to using them after your videos, so big thanks!

When I was younger and my skin was oily as all hell, matte skin was the trend. Now that I'm older and my skin is dry as all hell, dewy skin is the trend.

I love the cream skin refiner. I got the Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cream Moisturizer but i'm yet to use it.
I have to have the Laneige Lip Mask. I have Sjogren's syndrome and the lip mask saves my mouth from drying out in the night. I also love their Night Cica Cream that never gets mentioned anywhere.

I think the line that is the best at giving you glass skin now is DermArtlogy, which is under the umbrella of Atopalm. Atopalm specializes in skin barrier strengtening and repair, arguably the best Korean skincare brand in that area.

I use the sleeping mask as my daytime moisturizer.
The cream moisturizer pilled really bad when I used that with sunblock.
I've tried the water bank cream but unfortunately it triggers my rosacea so I've had to stop using it ... Still use the vita-c cream, cream skin refiner mist and the water sleeping mask _ex, they're amazing!

Which single product would you recommend the most to enjoy the effects of blue hyaluronic acid? I’m on a budget, and can’t go buying a whole new line right now. Also, would you say the fermentation helps mitigate some of the redness some people experience with hyaluronic acid? I get this issue too sometimes, but I need lotsa hydration! 😢

I love the reformulated water bank sleep mask. It’s lovely with the added squalane. I’m not a fan of the reformulated water bank cream, though. I like the old version better! The new one has a scent that’s off putting to me & the reformulation isn’t any better. Well, to me at least.
when I saw the reformulated water bank cream launch, I panic bought 3 of the old ones on clearance. I should have bought like 10. I can't stand the new fragrance. :(
I love the Laneige Blue Water Bank Cream...I liked their old formula also. It's my HG, the new one as well. It also smells good. It also has céramides, hyaluronic acid and squalane all 3!
I don't like their lip sleeping mask though- it dries my lips out within minutes.

Hey James! I've been wondering about something: hyaluronic acid. You made a video a good while back about how your skin didn't like it - has that changed? I've been seeing a lot more hyaluronic acid products in your recent videos. My skin doesn't seem to be a fan of the ingredient, so I still try to avoid it as much as is possible at this point, when 99% of products contain some version of it 🥲 I would be interested to hear what has changed for you since making that last video - perhaps you could make an updated video about your current thoughts on hyaluronic acid? :^)

I was first introduced to the hydration of K-beauty by Laneige water bank essence. It works well for makeup setting but I subsequently found other K beauty products that are more cost effective... 😊 Will try out the lip mask due to dry lips now...

Nothing I tried from them worked for me.
Luckily I bought most of the things in a sample or travel size, they either didn't do anything or irritated my skin.
The lip mask was drying me out so badly! The last thing I tried was their white tea leafs essence or something like that... it was horrible and broke me out with cystic acne🥺 so expensive... maybe I should be happy nothing of their products works for me😒

Help! I'm finding that hyaluronic acid really doesn't work for me. My skin is dry, dehydrated, and somewhat mature. I was so excited about this ingredient when I first heard about it, but I've found that it almost has the opposite effect on me. I heard that it should be applied to damp skin to work properly, but I found that it didn't make much of a difference for me. It seems they put hyaluronic in just about everything lately 😔 Am I just weird?
