Just started last week and I agree 100% most gurus make it seem easier than it is they sell you the dream of a luxurious lifestyle but you really have to put the work in and be consistent and be relentless to get where you want to be, a lot of people might look rich but who’s really wealthy and who’s gonna maintain 💯

If ive learned anything transparency is key. If you’re genuine about everything, the seller will remember you out of the 100s that call him. He’ll maybe be a repeat seller to you down the road!
I would say you were born in Britain and came here in 6th grade or something. Transparency is good but very few people would want to sell their house to someone that's in a whole different country
@@GTFCEO Thank you for the reply let's say the seller is in Michigan can I say that I'm in Florida and when the seller asks why I'm looking to invest in Michigan I can talk about the problems of insurance and house prices?
@@GTFCEO well you’re not the buyer. You can say you’re selling to someone on your team and you’re the wholesaler. They will see it in the contract that you’re going to be able to assign the contract after you to your buyer. So saying you’re the ‘buyer isn’t a great start imo’
