Nice video, I just got some Sasquatch pull-offs and am going through the steps to make my Badlands a legit Sasquatch. There's only a small difference in the suspension between the two, so this upgrade will not only level the truck, but also make up the difference up front and then some allowing more articulation and space for the larger tires. Thanks for the video and easy step by step.

Thanks for video y’all… For anyone that might be searching for another way to get the strut’s lower bolts out, I ended up using a ball joint press. Just whatever you do, don’t let the press get misaligned and bend the bolt 🙈
I was curious about installing this kit myself in my driveway. Messing with the CV kinda makes me nervous…I’m fairly mechanically inclined, but never done suspension work like this before.
Ok not having a 35mm socket. Can you still remove the strut with out the cv axle. I was thinking if using a ratchet straps to insure I don't pull it out. I have a Wildtrack Sasquatch 4 door

Awesome video guys… I’ve looked at a lot of leveling kits & you guys have convinced me that the two piece is the way to go. I have a question… duz a leveling kit compromise quality & put any kind of strain on front end components. I have a 2023 bronco 4 door it has the 2.7 I just hate the rake drives me crazy. If you can get back to me on this that would be great. Thanks
If I dont want to just level it, can I buy 2 kits and only use the top spacer in the rear. I am worried that only doing the front on a 2 door Bronco will make it look nose high.

Is it necessary to do an alignment to the front end after 1" leveling intall on a 'squatch package?
Anytime the suspension is adjusted even by a little it is important to have an alignment done.
Looks great!! Will a stock Badlands need a lift to run 35" tires?
yes it would need the 1" level kit and remove the crash bars in the front.
@@ZONEoffroadproducts are those M/T 35" tires after the 1" leveling kit install and do you know if the Badlands version has a different suspension set-up over the base model? Basically want to know if you can run 35"s on the base model w/o the Sasquatch pkg but with your 1" leveling kit?
What’s the torque spec on those bolts? Specifically the CV?
I read 249 ft -lbs. on another set of instructions from another lift kit web site.
What size wheels and tires did you put on that outer banks after the lift?

Would you have to worry about rubbing with this kit ?
Started and had to stop because my CV shaft wouldn't unseat and neither would the bolts on the bottom of the strut. I tried my air hammer and then a punch with a sledge....nothing got them to budge. Guess I'll put it all back together and take it to someone who has a bigger hammer.
Update ~ Tried again and just used a whole lot more hammer force on the strut studs to finally get them to pop out. And I did not remove the CV bolt...I just strapped the hub back tot he sway bar end link to hold it up and to keep the CV axle from hyper extending out of socket. The on item that makes me head scratch is what seems to be low torque numbers on the instructions comparing it with this video where the impact gun is used at full force to run all of the bolts down. I trusted the instructions and torqued to instruction specifications, so hope it holds.
Why did you install the bolts, in upside down position in the lower strut?
While the bolts can be installde in either direction, by installing them from the bottom there is more clearance without the excess bolt shaft extending below the LCA.

Remove the CV shaft nut?? Because you can't use a coat hanger or something to support the knuckle??
Pretty sure that axle nut is a one*use item as well. 🙄
Ya, that's a really good point, because they are normally staked in place.
@@mpeugeot these arnt staked in place for the Bronco
@@popo_patty that's interesting.... I am so used to seeing these kinds of nuts staked, but Ford can do it any way they want.
What I would like to know. If I have a Sasquatch Bronco and I add the Zone spacer kit. Can I now run 37’s without issues off-road?
Hey Caleb, while we haven't tested that particular combination, its doable. It would be dependent on the wheel/tire specs (width and backspacing), and your comfort level doing some minor trimming if necessary

Yes this will work on a 2 door wildtrak Bronco.
Great I hope ford makes an electric version of the bronco so I can put a level on it then can't worry about the Mpg and kill it with speed
