Why in the Scarecrow's description there is "can shift if scarecrows are available"? Do that mean that scarecrows can be unavailable?
When you use a scarecrow, you cannot use the same one again. (so yes they can be unavailable)

ambush only works if they get inside that white circle when you’re inside a stand
