This was it right here, this was the beginning of why I loved Black Plasma Studios’ animations for so many years and why I still think they’re the best Minecraft animations channel, the amount of enjoyment I would feel from watching their animations as a kid was immeasurable.
The music in this animation is so good?? Like damn, it amplifies the action and emotions of the different scenes so much. I'd say the best use of it is at 11:59-13:00. The slow buildup of Derp finding no one but his friends axe to the final reveal that ALL of his friends have been zombified and then the sinking realization that the other small groups of survivors are meeting their end all alone. There's an overwhelming sense of dread and 'oh, no ones going to survive, its hopeless.' Idk, that's just always been something I've noticed!
