My gawd, I remember this show. My parents used to watch this &the pig & whistle....I vaguely remember some bluegrass show as well. I wish we still variety specials. But then again, today’s music...I likely wouldn’t watch. It would be people playing their computers as opposed to real instruments, ugh...Margaree still looks as beautiful as this.
I've been a Ryan's Fancy Fan since 1975 and watched almost every one of this series. I'd love to get copies of this series and am wondering if you have them. I'd happily purchase them from you especially on DVD. If not any video reproduction would be great. I don't care about the original production syncing quality. This one and The one on Cape Breton Fiddling with Mike Mcdougal are my favorites. You are doing a great service to all Ryan's Fancy Fans by putting this on you tube.
