still training as one has to learn about the bugs flowers etc first they are not born with the ability to know these things. If I remember correctly it was even mentioned in the books that she studied greatly different plants and their effects
Also your favorite sea wings can be more than just blew they can also be green or even purple Same with the skywings actually as they can be orange and pink as well as just red
Also the leaf wings move absolutely deserved. They have like absolutely no flex other than the leap speak that is rare and the only other thing they can do take sunlight and turn into energy be rain wings can also do it to a slightly different extent
And that's not even mentioning the flamesilk. About yeah if you are taking passiveness and vegetarian as factors on the left than the rainwing should be lower lol, good thing we're focusing purely on danger potential. Do I have to point out that not only other Wing fragile off to be damaged in a fight there also fragile enough that they simply might not even come out correctly like tau, and before the metamorphosis the younger ones are not that dangerous as they do not have silk although they do still have their antennas but they can use to find an enemy they don't have much actions to fight before metamorphosis
to be frank with the MudWing section, Blood-Red eggs aren't rare at all. every few years one or a few dragons are hatched with fireproof scales. this is directly hinted at in the books.
The acid spit elevates the rainwings from being already pretty based to just the most broken tribe in the series. It's a good thing there haven't been any animus ones or they'd be straight up God teir.
18:01*gasp* dId I hEaR a SwEaR? But tbh when you do look at hive wings yeah they are underpowered sand wings. Also I think rain makes them unable to fly or just makes them slower/harder to fly. I think around 80-90% of hive wings have at least some ability. Btw I think one of the abilities is shooting like deadly needles or smt on the abilities page in the pantalan books. And last thing I think hivewings are the most populated tribe more than mudwings.
LOL if rainwings ever decided to take over the entire continent would be absolutely wiped, the only reason they haven't conquered the world yet is that they're too lazy
I did some math and the chances on being moonborn as a nightwing would be 20/30. although You can do the math yourself because I probably did something wrong. there are three moons, 30 days in a month (sorta) and the moons are only out during the night so it is 12 (unless there are seasons... I haven't heard anything, at least on pyrea.) also side note: how do you spell pyorrhea? I am so confused about this
If silkwings were not peaceful the amount of combat uses even normal silk has is kind of insane and dont get me started on the flamesilk that when fully utilized is at least 600 degrees Celsius or 1100 degrees farenheit since after that stone cam be melted
imo i think icewings are also S tier, frostbreath is shown to be agonizing and caould prevent a dragon from moving. On top of that, if an icewing catches up to you, death by S HA R P Also leafwings i would rank with seawings, leafwings are lithe and quite agile
Why are Leaf wings at F ??. They have leaf speak and a strong leaf speak can eliminate an army! And how are silk wing more useful? The only power they have is spinning silk and guess what the breeding programs for flame silks the hivewing set up only got 9?? They spent over half a century trying to get flamesilks and they sometimes can control it ? It’s your opinion but still I think they should at least be higher than silkwings
Theres a couple things that is inaccurate to the books/ known lore. One thing i could list is that you said that the rainwings being trained in blowguns was an advantage to Glory when they needed to invade the nightwing island. While this is true, they were NOT trained for a full on attack, like the one glory executed. If they were trained exactly like you said in this video, glory's book would be half as long as it is. Another thing id like to give constructive criticism to is the wording in the video. You stated that "icewings have blades on the end of their tails". They arent blades. Theyre spikes. EDIT: after reading some comments, i noticed another flaw. You said mudwings hatched with blood red SCALES are fireproof. This is false. Mudwings hatched from blood red EGGS have fireproof scales. The red eggs are also not as rare as people think, with them hatching every few years or so.
I disagree with the leafwing and seawing placement. The seawings have no special abilities beside glow, gills, and swimming, so probable D tier. Some leafwings have leafspeak, which is powerful, so probably C tier.
Honestly I think HiveWings and LeafWings would be higher up on the list and RainWings should be moved down. Most RainWings dont like to use their venom and aren’t as fierce as Glory. I’d definitely say the SilkWings are less dangerous than the LeafWings are considering they are a peaceful tribe, and HiveWings have toxins and other dangerous abilities.
No. Blood red mud wings EGGS are red not their scales. Look at clay his egg was red but his scales are brown. Also you forgot to mention flame silk, while it is rare so is blood red eggs over too much fire etc but you mentioned those.
If we are talking danger potential of a dragon willing to fught and kill and not accounting for there natural state of mind i think silk wings are the most slept on. They have by far the best ranged attack and there silk is very strong atleast when first used it obviously gets weaker over time. But the fact they can build whole bridges miles from one hive to another shows how strong there silk is. Easily tieing down dragons from a distance and cacooning them easily from point blank. A single mind controlled silk wing almost ruined everything even taking down dragons bigger then it no problem with its silk. And then there antenna making it where if you even breathe to hard they know where your at. And this is the least dangerous i would give it an easy A rating only dragons having a chance are ones with a ranged attack themselves. If we go into flame silk territory they are definitly s rank one those could make a long strand easily burning dragons in half or even throwing big globby balls of fire that burn for around a month. And if we go into luna territories of sun silk even though they cant make much at a time having that at the end of a whip would incenerate dragons in half withing seconds of contact. The fact that a single silk strand was enough to cut trough a thick vine just by pulling. Silk wings have potential to be very scary one there wings bud. Its honestly lucky for the hive wings there even more passive then rain wings i dont think they would have won if they had half the fighting spirit the other two tribes did
Zombie mud Wing chapter first of all the blood-red is in their eggs not their scales they look like normal dragons and second of all it was not moorhens idea to invade the Arctic burn was basically ordering who despite her not wanting to
4rcane, there is going to be a new minecraft mob vote this year, and the mob vote will be in 3 days, And can you please tell your followers and subscribers to vote for the crab ? because i want the crab in minecraft
Im gonna be honest leafwings might be one of the strongest because anyone with strong leaf speak like sundew could summon a deadly plant and just kill you. Plus silkwings cant really do anything to you without flamesilk so their the weakest
It literally took like three generations of breeding to create a dragon with powers such as Sundew's. The vast majority of LeafWings do not have leafspeak, and those that do, don't have theirs strong enough to use offensively. Leafspeak is also a situational power; useful, yes, but situational nonetheless. SilkWings are far from useless, they might actually have the most unique abilities out of all the tribes. Sure, they might be mostly for "utility", but that's not something a little creativity can't fix.
@@TheRoseWolf Their silk can be really resistant (the silk bridges) and like. Except for flamescales, if they just use it to immobilize an other dragon they basically won (Like some spiders with wasp, when they're not killing them directly)
I have a comment why silkwings are definitly one the strongest in a 1v1 fight they have the best awareness even rain wings cant hide from them and they got the best range they dont even need to directly engage just constanly evading while coating a dragon in silk there going to be very quickly unable to move especially if they are in a forest enviroment and if they stop to rip the silk off them thats an easy oppertunity to coat them quickly in silk and since there silk is strong enough to make bridges for miles even a thin coat is going to cacoon a dragon into being bound
My ranking: Top: Most powerful. Bottom: Least powerful. 1: SandWings: Imo, SandWings are the strongest tribe, they have venomous tail barbs that are potent enough to kill another dragon, fire, and an entire stronghold. 2: IceWings: Second strongest tribe. Frostbreath that can make limbs fall off, ridged claws, and a whip like tail. Plus, they live in an extremely cold environment. 3: HiveWings: I put them here because of their many abilities and population. They can literally paralyze a dragon for long periods of time, and the fight is over. 4: SkyWings: Powerful fighters, hottest fire, and have access to dragonflame cacti. Most of the SkyWing guards also wear armor. 5: SilkWings: SilkWings are in the middle because although they have flamesilk, it's sorta rare and they can only be hatched with it if one parent has flamesilk already. But if they do have it, they could probably wrap a dragon in flamesilk and they'd be burned to death in just a few minutes. They're only immune to their own flamesilk, not actual dragon fire. 6: MudWings: They're on the lower part of the list because of their lack of abilities. Fireproof scales are only immune to fire, not frostbreath, RainWing venom, etc. They may be muscular, but they're not very smart. 7: NightWings: NightWings are kind of a weak tribe imo. They only have fire and can blend into shadows. Although their night vision is good, they can't see in pitch darkness. They lied about their powers in the first arc, and they were basically almost extinct in The Dark Secret. 8: LeafWings: Almost no muscle, Leafspeak is rare, no fire, and I don't think venomous plants or bugs can do very much. They lived in the Poison Jungle, which was eventually burned down. Some dragons are born with no Leafspeak, making them basically useless. But I do think they could have a chance against RainWings, because LeafWings with Leafspeak could turn the forest plants on the RainWings. 9: RainWings: RainWings are not that powerful imo. Where is their army? Oh, they don't have one yet. They have barely any muscle at all and are probably very physically weak. If a RainWing is camouflaged, another dragon could splat snow, sand, mud, etc on them and they'd be revealed. And, dragons who could breath fire or a SilkWing with flamesilk could burn down the rainforest. And their venom, it can easily be dodged if you see it coming, and its not as potent as SandWing venom, which kills, but RainWing venom only kills in the eyes or an open wound. 10: SeaWings: Weakest tribe imo. Sure, they have two palaces, live underwater, but what are their abilities? Breathing underwater, kind of strong tails, and glowstick scales. They do have two palaces, but one was destroyed easily with fire, and the only reason Tsunami almost killed the SkyWing in The Lost Heir, is because she got it into water. My comment is about the strengths of the tribes as wholes. RainWings are probably still forming an army. And about the venoms, it's not the range I was talking about, just the potency of it, a RainWing venom shot can disfigure a dragon, sure, but it only kills if it's in the eyes or an open wound, so the shot would have to be pin-point accurate to kill if you're aiming for the eye. For SandWing venom, sure, it has a shorter range, but still, it's way more potent and will actually kill if it stabs any part, and it has more kill areas: The chest, spine, head, or eyes. And it's only cure is Bright sting cacti which are only found in the Kingdom of Sand so if you're not anywhere near there were the cure is, you're basically dead. About the environment thing, they could use their tail to spray ash/sand/snow/mud in a wide range, covering the dragon with ash/sand/snow/mud, and if the RainWing has wounds on it already, they'd be visible because of the injuries and blood leaking from the wound. Plus, in an environment such as the Ice or Sand Kingdom they'd stick out like a sore thumb unless they're camouflaged, which kind of requires being still to let the scales blend in. And yes, RainWing venom acts fast, but it is less likely to kill than SandWing venom. SandWing venom will kill you if you can't get the hard to get cure, it weakens the dragon stung, and RainWing venom only kills in the spots I mentioned: Eyes or an open wound. This is why SandWing venom would be worse to get hit with. Plus NightWings with Clearsight level future seeing are extremely rare and almost never happen. And an Animus could always use magic to blot themselves out of the NightWing's visions, if this was sometime before Animus magic was destroyed, let's say, Darkstalker's time. I wasn't trying to argue with *-anyone-* in this video's comment section using my comment. This. Is. Just. My. Opinion.
Rain wing venom is better than sand wing venom cause it's ranged abs takes effect faster Also where you gon splash snow if you don't know where it is also wut dragon just carries a bucket of snow or water around. A night wing with clearsights level of foresight is basically unkillable cause they will never be in a fight they don't have a gud chance of winning. Skewing fire scales onto for obvious reasons
Idk why you brought up an army. This is talking about the actual physical build of the dragons themselves, not their societies or military systems. RainWings launch themselves from tree to tree so they must not be as weak as you make them out to be. RainWings have long ranged weapons in forms of both blowguns and their own acid spit. Their spit literally melts and disfigures other dragons, with the capability of being shot from long distances. SandWing tail barbs are short distance, requiring enemy dragons to get close to them in order to be effected by it, which leaves the SandWing vulnerable to other attacks, such as fire breath or frost breath.
Funny thing is that rainwing could solo almost all of pyrrea. But they are pacifist and vegetarians, so they just chill
"wich can help detect prey" meanwhile the silkwing being vegetarian
This was a wonderful video to listen to while drawing! I love your art style and this is a really interesting video! ❤
I didn't hear her Swear??
Nope, cricket seems to fly just fine in rain, it happens twice in book 11.
I am so confused about this
Nice videos!, keep up the good work!🎉
If silkwings were not peaceful the amount of combat uses even normal silk has is kind of insane and dont get me started on the flamesilk that when fully utilized is at least 600 degrees Celsius or 1100 degrees farenheit since after that stone cam be melted
How is silkwing silk dangerous to anyone?? (Outside of flamesilks of course) they’re the second weakest tribe in the series? (aside from the seawings)
imo i think icewings are also S tier, frostbreath is shown to be agonizing and caould prevent a dragon from moving. On top of that, if an icewing catches up to you, death by S HA R P
Also leafwings i would rank with seawings, leafwings are lithe and quite agile
Why are Leaf wings at F ??. They have leaf speak and a strong leaf speak can eliminate an army! And how are silk wing more useful? The only power they have is spinning silk and guess what the breeding programs for flame silks the hivewing set up only got 9?? They spent over half a century trying to get flamesilks and they sometimes can control it ?
It’s your opinion but still I think they should at least be higher than silkwings
Most leaf wings don’t have leafspeak, and even the ones that do do NOT have the sheer power that sundew has.
8:42 -squirrels?
Scrolls
Some leafwings have leafspeak, which is powerful, so probably C tier.
hivewings should be higher up on the list.
Just wanna put it out there deathbringer killed a seawing and not one if his tribe noticed him in the tree dead above them
Honestly I think HiveWings and LeafWings would be higher up on the list and RainWings should be moved down.
Its honestly lucky for the hive wings there even more passive then rain wings i dont think they would have won if they had half the fighting spirit the other two tribes did
Y A S
Nook not access d magic death spit
Zombie mud Wing chapter first of all the blood-red is in their eggs not their scales they look like normal dragons and second of all it was not moorhens idea to invade the Arctic burn was basically ordering who despite her not wanting to
My personal ranking would be: rain, hive, ice/silk, sand/sky, sea/leaf
Except for flamescales, if they just use it to immobilize an other dragon they basically won
(Like some spiders with wasp, when they're not killing them directly)
@@TheRoseWolf yeah but it took the hivewings 50 years to get 12 flame silks soo
This is a viable tactic in battle, yeah. Probably requires some teamwork, but doable
