You need to go in the website for your GPU, Let's say you have NVIDIA. You go into the Nvidia website and look for drivers for your card. www.nvidia.it/Download/index.aspx?lang=en

Avast is bad uninstall it you already have the best drivers then.
Download Driver Booster 8 instead, Avast is not good at all. It broke my sound drivers. However, I tried Driver Booster 8 and it worked.

Its because the version of your driver is outdated, you need a new graphics card maybe . Like Ryzen ir Nvidia. Intels just crap now.
