- Steve fox just got some big buffs! You can now hold back after certain moves that forced you in Lionheart to NOT go into the stance which is perhaps his biggest change.
He is definitely a stronger character now for sure but are these changes enough?

I'm good with his package now, but in a perfect world, I would get shiro and ws2 ch launcher back, and maybe sonic fang wall splat like 7, but I think the sonic fang splat would be busted in this game
Honestly those changes would be soo bad to have back
It's the same thing as all the previous patches just fixing their own mistakes and calling them buffs. Kazuya is a character that genuinely received major buffs. Actual buffs not some bugs that needed fixing or never should've been.
The LH stance was such a huge nuisance that transitioning out of it counts as a major buff 😂😂. The major issue is still there. Steve is currently a Ch poker and there are characters in this game like xiaoyu Jin dragunov feng lilly Reina who destroy Steve even with their neutral pokes. And he's still losing his king in Ch launchers game.
I wish I could go back and "buff" things but overall in the current toxic environment of lilly drag Feng Reina King Nina all the Steve mains are kinda left in the dust. I don't think in the current meta even T7 Steve with his Ch launchers and t8 Steve buffs will make Steve a consistent top tier like dragunov feng consistently top 8 international tournaments. Low high and Numan managed to get him but those guys train with world class players 24/7. Online is going to be a very toxic environment for him as well.

you basically get someone to a wall and he dies. db32 is the most busted move at the wall now those +4f he gets after not going into lnh is everything this dude needs to completely shut someone down
I dont think the guardbreak doing chip damage is a nerf

Unless its additional damage on the chip & not a portion of that same raw damage changed to chip
@@GamerNemy the 12 f punish part is still raw damage, if you dont miss the punish the recoverable damage will also be affect
Now he is kind of doing a proper 10 f punish damage
