In this video I show you, how you can make easily Induction Heater from an old ATX Computer Power Supply and using 2 powerful MosFet transistors
Power from 500W to 1000W depends on the voltage and current used.
👇Necessary materials👇
• 1 x Aluminum Heat Sink
• 2 x MosFet Thermal Conductive Insulator
• 2 x N-Channel MosFet (IRF3205Z)
• 2 x Toroid Inductor - 50 µH (1,25mm 25turns)
• 2 x 10KΩ 1/4W Resistor
• 2 x 240Ω 1W Resistor
• 2 x 1N4007 1A Diode
• 1 x or More 0.27µF 600Vac MKPH Resonance Capacitor
IRF3205Z - Specifications
• N-Channel TO220
• VDSS = 55V
• RDS (on) = 6,5mΩ
• ID = 75A

I took the capacitors from a non-working induction cooker and the transistors are N-channel, but for this purpose I used IRF3205Z
