Love this watch! I got it about 3 years ago, and it's my daily! I wear it just about everywhere all the time. Someone once told me, "Seiko is the Toyota of watches." After owning this one, I couldn't agree more.
I think the appearance of these seikos 5 are much better than the SKX,that why i ordered one,most of people complain, but this 5 seiko watches sale like crazy.
I've got the dark brown silicone strap, black face but switched to a NATO for the summer. That blue looks great though. This watch is the perfect size for me. No regrets.
I believe so and just found out when looking on eBay . I wanted to know if this one was the same one as this SRPD71 with the mesh metal band. I guess they changed the model number.
Don’t care what anyone says, these watches are beautiful. Got one 2 days ago and looks so nice, the only problem I have is that wish it was 44/45 😅 got used to my Seiko king turtle
Great watch, but I prefer the black version. The watch pillow in the box is really outdated imho. I wish Seiko would use a firm watch stand in the box. This is no diving watch. This is a sports watch Good luck with the watch.
Seiko states on their website and in the manual that 100m is good for swimming and snorkeling (shallow diving) so obviously its not only "enough for shower".

Why it look yellow inside the watch?
It’s not stark white, it’s kind of a cream color. On top of his warm overhead light, it gives it a little bit of a yellow hue.
