Lovely shoes and good advice for beginners. Do you have advice for us on the other end of the spectrum looking to reduce our collections and ways to dispose of pairs? I am looking to dispose of a pair of Winson Split Toe Derbys to someone that will get more use.
That’s a tough question! I’m personally not a fan of selling on eBay or Grailed. Or really any public marketplace because of the unknowns with people bashing you down to bare bones pricing and then being completely helpless at the will of eBay or such if the buyer wants to be an ass and complain or demand reimbursement. I always find and deal with people privately to avoid those headaches even if I have to take less money. It’s easier to save the stress and all. I’ll have to look further into options.

That is a very nice collection. I don't have any split toe derbys yet, but they are definitely on my radar.
The only actual quality shoe enthusiast on UA-cam. Everyone else is just an Allen Edmonds or Meermin sellout.

I notice several of your split toes are "chisel Toes". What is your opinion on the chisel toe style?
I wear Church's shoes. I got a number of them back in the day before being sold to Prada. No split toe though.
