    Excellent video! Just found your channel and excited to watch everything-question for you: do you have a video that is sort of like a “baseline” for what a successful pitching sequence looks like? If you were building a pitching motion from scratch what would the checklist? My son recently started having trouble with consistency on the mound and we’re trying to diagnose what’s happening. But it feels like there’s so many chances for a pitching motion to break down that we don’t even know about so we’re nervous to start tinkering without knowing exactly what a “perfect” motion looks like.

      Food is always my preferred way to get complete protein in, but either will work!

    When I do plyo , i feel like I throw hard and more In sequence , but when I throw a 5 oz ball and on the mound I don’t feel as sequence when I do plyo any advice ?

      Blend with lighter plyo balls in your plyo work

    If I don't have that mind muscle connection, it's difficult to throw harder

      might be why i throw so well without pain, i do alot of mind muscle connection exercises like just flexing my lats while i walk around or really feeling my forearm in forearm exercises
