TL;DR
I am still suffering a lot of physical pain and it has severly limited what I can do. We aren't giving up on any of our projects, but we do need to take things much slower for the future. We are unsure if/when I will be better, and while that's happening, Whitney has had to pick up a job to support us.
Commissions are a top priorty to finish, but the commission tiers will be going away effective immediately. If you still need to put in requests for commissions, please go ahead and put them in the que and I promise I'll get to them as soon as possible. Thank you for all the support! ❤

I have had invisible disabilities my whole life and over the last 1-2 years things have gotten to be incredibly debilitating. It is a grieving process, regardless of how your health is in the future. What you can and should do changes, and you have to give up a lot of things you never considered and never wanted to.
It's really really hard to come to terms with. I struggle with it a lot. It's ok to be upset, to be angry, to be sad, to mourn.
You are doing the right things, I am sure you never wanted to do this but still. Whether or not projects get continued or finished, the impact you made here does mean something.
Whitney and your animation pilgrimage has been a wonderful series. And I love what you have put out here (the KH Riku video being one of my favorites of all time)
I am sorry, I see you, and I wish you the best. There are no simple answers and it isn't easy to sit with uncertainty and pain and a new reality.
Oh gosh, this sounds horrible- Drawing a Blank and Clouded Moon are by far my favourite projects of yours, and as an artist myself imagining being in pain every time you sit down to draw is a nightmare. Tennelle, you’ve been one of my biggest art inspirations ever since I saw your Wings of Fire videos while looking up fanart years and years ago. I hope for the best for both of you!

Hey Tennelle. I dont know if you know anyone else with Fibromyalgia, but I was "diagnosed" roughly 8 years ago. Please try to be gentle with yourself. Unfortunately, stress makes flare ups worse, in my experiance, which can be a vicious cycle. I do hope you can find something that helps with pain management, Ive been fighting that battle for nearly a decade. Take care of yourselves, both of you. More than anything we want to see you get better and make the content that brings YOU joy.
If it's any help at all, a rheumatologist was the first person to ever help me in the pain management department. Maybe it's not for you, but if my knowledge is of any help, I'll do what I can.
I hope you get better, Tennelle. Take the time you need to do what you have to do to keep going. From everyone here on UA-cam, get better soon.

As someone who’s watched their partner go through a lot of serious health issues this year and come to terms with their own lifelong disability, I completely, utterly, absolutely empathize with what you’re going through. It’s so hard and it sucks so fucking much. I’m so, so sorry you guys are going through this.

i'm so sorry this is happening to you, man. as someone with chronic pain, i wouldn't wish that on anyone. take all the time you need, and take care to not overwork yourself.
I am so sorry for what’s happening right now. My best friend has fibromyalgia. She’s had it for as long as she can remember, i assume since around puberty. Aside from being tired all the time, you could never tell. She interacts with everyone and laughs and participates in school plays, all while being in constant pain. There are times when it gets too much for her, ive seen her lows. But she still managed to overcome it and learn to live alongside it. She’s one of the strongest people i know. If anything, take that as hope that this wont control you. I know that things suck right now, and it may for a while or forever, however its not over for you ❤️

This must be extremely hard on both of you. My mum has it, so while never directly dealing with it myself, I've even how someone can be affected by fibromyalgia. Im wishing both you and Whitney the best, physically and mentally. We care more for both of your guys health far more than the frequency of content. Take however long you need, whenever the next video may be, we'll be there just glad you've been feeling well enough to do this. Wishing you both the best of luck moving forward.
I suffer with fibromyalgia that seemed to worsen dramatically in the last few years. I've been watching you since around 2017. I feel for you, it's kinda surreal seeing one of my fevorite UA-camrs develop the same condition. My own journey with fibro has been really hard, it's changed everything. Some things for the worse, some for the better. I know I'm 9 months behind, but I hope things are somewhat better now. Living with chronic pain and fatigue is incredibly difficult, but with enough patience, it's manageable.
I hope your pain eases up soon and you're both able to keep yourselves as happy and as healthy as possible in the mean time! Your projects will always be comforting and so so cool, and I hope you're able to continue to do all the stuff that makes you happy ❤
I could just feel the sadness in Whitney's voice...Nothing this bad should ever had happened to you two. It's fine if your video progress slows down. I haven't made much because I simply don't feel the energy or interest in it. Just know that your true fans will always be here. I'm a fan of AP, I started back in 2020, and it took me until this year to catch the videos, and I loved the pieces of your lives that you gave us. I actually look forward to the day you catch up and talk about nowadays movies. I really like your content and I really hope you get answers soon enough and feel better, even if you can't update as frequently, or even ever again, I'm glad you gave guys me so much knowlege. As someone who is disabled and was born that way I can say that while you may not be able to do what you love at the frequency you've been doing it you can still do what you love and maybe even with time get to some semblance of "better" well it may never be the same I can assure you that is time passes what's love and support you'll be able to make it through and you can still do what you love just at a slower rate take it from me it's not easy but I wish you the best of luck what fighting Spirit you seem to have I know you can make it hopefully this helped

I understand 1000% tennelle, this channel, AP and the stream highlights have all been an unimaginable boost to my happiness and reigniting passions the last few years, but the people behind them will always matter the most. I've been around friends and family with long covid, incurable disabilities or ones that have extremely long recovery periods, and I know how much it takes out of them, and the fact you can't even guarantee it'll feel better really does suck. Wishing you and whitney the absolute best going forward, never stop doing what you love.

i am so very sorry that this has happened to you. learning to live with chronic pain can be a real challenge. it's more than understandable if you need to cut back on content that you're making while you learn to adjust, i'm just so sorry for what's been happening and i wish you all of the best during this time. i'm still more than happy to keep supporting on patreon, the stuff you two do is amazing! and even if it means having to slow production/halt some projects for some time, that's absolutely okay! your health is priority number 1 💕

I know a few people with long covid and also with fibromyalgia, both things suck by themselves and I can't imagine them together. I'm really sorry for both of you and I will sincerely be hoping, praying, sending vibes, etc.! I feel so sorry for you. I got sick during the pandemic and have had various health issues since. I know what chronic pain and fatigue can feel like.

I'm sorry if this comment is dumb or insensitive but have you tried acupressure? It really helped me with my chronic pain issues when nothing else worked. However, my pain was caused mostly by anxiety so I don't know how much acupressure will help someone with real problems.

hopefully if i can make all the notes on the kingdom hearts series i could show someone that is precious person to me someday. but like riku i've built a wall up around my heart an been pushing others away as well. from abuse to betrayal, this heart had it's fill on trying i don't think i could take anymore deception from others now hope you all are doing well and leave a comment below this after all. That's really rough. When you put a lot of passion into something, I know it can be difficult if you have to put it on hold because of unforseen circumstances. Also I hope you are able to find out what your condition is. And that you can get the support you need. I have always been disabled (cerebral palsy) and I will say getting on disability is not easy, I guess that depends on what state you're in. Good luck though. And I wish you well.
