PHILLIPSBURG, NJ - For seven-year-old Jaxson, life was all about wrestling, baseball, school, and family. But a sudden ear infection led to a devastating diagnosis: Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a rare and aggressive brain cancer.
Determined to show Jaxson he is not alone in his fight, his family and the Phillipsburg community came together in a way no one had expected. A simple request to close a street for a parade turned into a massive, multi-town event filled with love and support.
