It really does capture the sense of absolute hopelesness and despair so well. The only thing i felt that captured that similar feeling was LISA the painful.
It does have the same weird type of composition and sound selection, really makes it standout, another game that a similar soundtrack is drakengard, but that one is on another level
This style of music is the exact opposite of Hylics' music. Same instruments and ideas, only instead of being used to clear your mind to let the absurdity wash over you and feel natural, it's being used to fill one with the dread of an rpg encounter you're probably under-leveled for that this game nails so masterfully
this is very good "just survived something that nearly killed you and almost certainly traumatized you" music -- suffering, and wishing for death, but determined. stapling your wounds back together, pain clouding your mind, stumbling forwards anyway.

The sequence of enemies is random, but shown in previews. Would not be surprised if the elephant will tear everyone up, I mean, blow up everyone. And then they're all the crowd fights and annihilates Perkel and Rher at the same time.
