I re-read Atomic Habits a few months ago and journaled on about 8 questions that I asked myself during the reading but I answered the questions over the course of a month or so to make sure I was getting down to the essential habit science that is most compelling to me. I feel like I got so much more out of it compared to my first go around. The values test site you recommended was also so helpful. If you haven’t seen the videos Lefie has made on her index card decks, I feel like you would really vibe with the idea. I’m trying it out as a way to keep my values, goals and beliefs at the forefront of my mind everyday, especially during those weeks where scheduled tactics can’t happen or I lose focus on what I’ve already decided is important. Happy New Year Rachel!

**EXCELLENT Nail work** ...oh, and a good, helpful video topic too. 😉
I like how you integrated the ad with the topic presented rather than "here's our sponsor blah, blah, blah". Good move.

Something that had me giggling throughout this video until I picked up the phone around the time you showed the book.
My kitten kept trying to dig under my phone on the bed to get at the floating hands. It was funny looking.
Then I picked up the phone and he stopped.
When I put it back down, he pounced on it and tried to sniff your hands.
Another example of out of sight, out of mind for kittens with a bit of object permanence thrown in too.
It was cute, so I am sharing this with you. I figured out a few pieces of it, so that’s really neat too.

even if you live in Southern California the majority of your community does not speak Spanish

When I lived in the Rampart area of LA, on Columbia, two blocks off 6th, in 2005/2005, my community was absolutely majority Spanish speakers.
Seems like you're assuming she meant her whole city or area of the state, for which you would be right- but if when you say community you mean your neighborhood, apartment complex, etc. where you will interact and perhaps speak with someone, it's a very different thing.

of course I am talking about the whole city but to be fair many of the spanish speakers also speak english @@alisondiem202

@@dennisgreen3757I know that’s not what she SAID. I said what she probably MEANT. Yet you want to talk about comprehension? She probably misspoke and it happens to everyone. Go touch grass dude 👋🏽
