I've never used Ticketmaster/gotten K-Pop tickets before, but I followed this video and got floor tickets to see ATEEZ (my ults 🏴☠🤠) in July!!!! All things I did to prepare:
1) Printed out a map of the stadium and planned my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd options of where to sit
2) made sure my cc info was all up to date on Ticket Master
3) Made sure my computer was running at full capacity (deleted all old files I didn’t need anymore, emptied my trash was empty, and restarted my computer, you should check for updates too).
5) when buying tickets I had only one web tab open, and no other devices open with TicketMaster (so I wasn’t flagged as a bot and kicked out)
6) made sure I never refreshed one I was in line

i waited 3 hours for taylor tickets on the singapore UOB presale and they all sold out! my queue number was 300k but I think it's because I refreshed. NOTED ON THE REFRESHING very stressed for friday (I HAVE TWO CONFIRMATION EMAILS for general sale) will let you know thank youuu

Hey so I’m getting ready to try and get tickets for stray kids 3rd world tour, and I was considering getting a member presale if there is one. But I watched this video and one of your others mentioning the presale and I don’t really understand what the benefit is (I know it sounds very self explanatory). But from the video it just looked the same as buying a ticket normally, since you put the code in after you’re already in the queue. Could you explain please 😭 and do you know how to get a stray kids member presale?
presale just means you’re buying before the general public, so there’s a higher chance for better seats. also, from the last skz tour, they don’t have a presale. it may be different this time, but i’m not sure.
hii, I bought 2 tickets at once for the IVE concert, but when I go to check the order, only 1 photo of the concert appears (when I click, the information about purchasing the 2 tickets appears), is this right or were there supposed to be 2 photos from the concert at the website? (Sorry for the bad english, im brazillian, if you didn't understand I can explain better)
Standing tickets are the best imo I’ve been to 2 festivals and 5 concerts and from my experience I enjoy it more being surrounded by people and the energy of everyone sing the lyrics better vibes than in seated

hii love to ask, for the taylor swift ones how long can the ticket process go for you? from the queue to choosing the seat map, and at that point have all the tickets almost sold out?
took me 6 hours! id say the seats were only half sold out so there was still plenty of space. the vip area even had seats (but if you watched the video you’ll know why i didn’t pick them LOL)

you can check for when presale goes live on the ticket event page for the day you’re attending!

What does resale ticket mean is it just someone who bought the ticket before me and now is reselling it? Also, there is a 2 ticket option which shows like 10 different spots, but when I try to buy 1 for me theres like 1 spot that costs 2x the amount of the 2 ticket, I don't understand can you explain (and thank you in advance!)?

Lucky i did own the uob card not just apply it for this ticket pre sale. But still very frustrated as they didn't check those uob carholder to be the only one that can que for the ticket. for the reserved ticket on Friday, I was out and unable to buy it :(

But the frustrating part is there are only 15,000 seats and ITS at CHUSEOK. I am a bit frustrated but my parents agreed that they will celebrate chuseok with me at the concert. Hey! I have a presale code for a concert coming up in Nov this year :) but you mentioned that it doesnt guarantee me a ticket. What does that mean when it comes to buying the tickets then? Will I not be able to buy the pre sale ticket and will have to wait for the general on sale?
It depends on what they said on the presale terms and condition.
For example, the presale ticket for Taylor Swift Eras in Singapore 2024 does not need the access code.
The access code for the TS Eras Tour in Singapore are only needed for General Sales.
just because you got into presale doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily be able to purchase a ticket. some people get unlucky and placed at the back of the queue during presale, and by the time they get to choose their seats, all the other presale members have already sold out the venue!

yes you can access her account and use her code, and yes one tab per date !

uhhhh…! well your best bet is having three people buy tickets. it’s unlikely you’ll all get seated in the same section though but good luck.

I got 4 tickets to TWICE in the first row, first section by using the side bar in the mobile app (at the suggestion of another video). I have never been very successful at picking the individual seats as by the time I put them in my cart I get the message that someone else got them,

the code is only for membership presale, you don’t need it if you’re not doing presale. and yes, any valid card can be used. the person’s card who was used to buy them doesn’t have to be present

your friend can just buy an extra ticket when they purchase. there is a limit of i think 6 tickets per person purchasing, so it shouldn’t be hard.
