Tried this recipe. It tasted really yum. Another way that the shells open up without boiling is to clean them well like 4 to 5 washes so that the mud is clean from the shell. Then they need to be freezed overnight n when u remove them in the morning to defrost...they will be open.

I dio the same. I wash it n freeze it.
Next day it opens up
