The money back guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on. I purchased a Vitrazza glass floor mate for my wife’s home office, she didn’t want it. I tried returning it. I was given the run around for the first couple calls. Then I spoke to the owner of the company. He told me the sale was final, and not to call back. Not great customer service.
