I just purchased my first beard guitar. The beard Odyssey a. I’ve wanted this guitar for years and finally got an opportunity to get the one I wanted. Very excited to own this guitar.
It's so good to know that theres actually somebody out there that really knows what he's doing.Good parts and a good setup job makes a world of difference. The difference between playing and enjoying your instrament or fighting it and contending with buzzes, rattles and a muddy sound with no life or sustain.
Someone once told me to use (dry, uncooked!) rice to clean the interior of my violins from dust balls and the like. Guess that’ll work with guitars too.
Ok...but how the fuck are you supposed to take the rice off though the F holes right after ? Getting it out of à guitar seems like a nightmare too with the braces inside (but I've never actually tried so what do I know) Anyway I have some experience in disassembling/cleaning/fixing/reassembling resonnator guitars so I can assure you, that speaker is so fucking flumzy and fragile it seems to get dinged up by anything that touches it. So I'm not sure about the rice
So that's a Beard? Must be why it sounds so good. My beard needs constant maintenance. Trimming, toning, defuzzing, but the fuzz falls on the front of my shirt, not into my flat top. I need some advice. I'm a busker and high humidity wreaks havoc on my vintage Fender F65. So I plunked down on a Fender PR180, just to avoid the damp effects. The high action is a problem. As a strummer I need low action, and it's way too high for me. I worry that sanding the saddle down will reduce the bridge tension so much that it will kill the tone. Your thoughts?

Nothing like watching someone just pick one up and play good music. Thanks for posting!
Wow, great sounding resonator plus a great guitar player. Just blues on man.
Give the artist a little plug and let us know if and where we can find his music?
Great video. Guitar sounds great too. Nice playing there my friend.
that smile says it all
Big smile on his face!
Thank you so much

He needs a tricone or a biscuit Cone for his playing style....
Call that a style?
@@stavrospapadimitriou7631 what's wrong with his style?
@@vforvendetta275 You're not a player, then?
@@stavrospapadimitriou7631 Ok elite guitar troll, educate me. WHAT is WRONG with his STYLE of PLAYING??
@@vforvendetta275 If you think he plays well, what's the point? Sounds like a beginner in gloves to me. Enjoy!
I hope you make guitars better than you make videos 😮
