It's the same for every number. Here is a way to understand why: First ignore carries. The 2 cancels out when you subtract them (works for all other numbers too). There are 8-7 hundreds and 7-8 ones. When you reverse these and add them, they cancel out (works for all other numbers too). The remaining 1089 will always be the same because the carries are always the same (subtracting the smaller from the larger, digits being different).

There is no comedian boys club. It's a myth. women have been accepted in comedy since at least the 60's/70's. And many made fame in the 80's.
