Hi Josh, while these may not be "my" colors... they are pretty stunning to look at. I could just imagine all the play with light once these would go outdoors. The crispness of that dial, the size of the indices, the length of the hands; it's all really spot on. I have to agree that the presentation is pretty incredible and it's pretty nice to see Seiko go with the quick-release and include a second set of straps. I wished they would include a set of rubber straps with the Save the Ocean series as well. While I've become a bracelet guy recently, I like the rubber straps they've been making.. I could see the Mantas on a black of dark blue rubber. Do you think they'll release other versions of the Manta dial? like a non-King version? PVD cases, etc...
Beautiful Watch! That dial is something special. What color are the hands and Markers? Its hard to tell on video but it seems to be a really dark purple or navy. Are they just a glossy black? Or am I getting my hopes up.
I am more of a leather strap guy as well, but I like that Seiko did something different with the Milanese strap. Outside the box from their usual Limited Editions.
Just bought mine today! Honestly just invest in what you like and wear what you want to wear. There’s too many watches in the world:) and watches don’t really go up in value like that. I got the frozen margarita it just speaks to me out of all the presages
I lost massive amounts of respect for Seiko when they decided to put shitty hardlex Crystal on these beautiful watches whilst keeping everything else premium.

That gold rotor is a nice touch.
It really is, they do that on Presage to mark them as Special. The only time they don't is on their higher end movements. Not sure why
this is the best quality video on these watches so far. Only way to actually show the quality of the watches is doing the video in 4k.

yes... they are case 38.5mm (good for small wrists)... and the colors are unisex ...

They are silver hands, they are angles so they really catch the light and shadows so depending on the angle they look dark.
