Here's why this guy's great. He starts simple and for many of us we can see the trick that he's doing. But then it immediately escalates into something much more complicated. His sleight of hand is so quick that he doesn't give us time to figure out the rest of the trick, despite knowing how parts of it works. Years of practice and adding slight variations to well known ideas is what separates a great magician, a great storyteller, a great comedian, a great anything really from the rest of the competition. Keep it up Jason!
@@Smokey1981 Of all the clips I've seen so far, I've seen no editing tricks. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he threw some editing magic in once in a while.
I find it interesting to know what your favorites are. That first trick where you pull the aces out of the deck after all that shuffling will always amaze me!
I love you man ! Your flowing, the joy that you pass through th screen... I really like the diversity that you channel is taking. And I would like to see more top 5 ! Of course ! Thanks for being here every day of the year of 2023. Keep going like this, never change at all. And see ya tomorrow !
Hands down, I like the 1 card signed torn then still fully complete at the end with signature. it's so simple.. its that much more mind blowing. Truly man you make magic more impressive than others.. you are just so smooth with attention to details and suspending the watchers attention as well. I would watch you do any magic man I am a fan of it all. I cant wait to see the mountain of beans, baby!
The named card in between the jokers is insane jason that's my favourite trick u do so far, catches my eye all the time it looks so good one of the tricks I want to learn but cant find it anywhere🤣 (plus when they relise u controlled the joker to top and bottom and u do that laugh they dont really take u serious then u actually do it straight after and blow there minds🤣)
They are all my favourite - it's the way you perform each trick that makes them special! The top 5's I'd like to see? Your top 5 hats and your top 5 bands! 🍻🤘💜
I haven't seen the whole video yet but i love you cup's and balls routine. Even after watching it a lot of times over the time i have been watching this channel it just never get's old.
I started following this channel in December last year, been watching the 365 challenge everyday. I've come to the conclusion, YOU'RE A WITCH! 🤣Keep up the good work man!
1st- Finding the aces (clueless) 2nd- T&R(speechless) 3rd- named card sandwiches in joker(great performance) 4th- cups and balls (most entertaining) 5th- scratching leg(idk why) CONTENT-top 5 favourite coins, show us ur oldest deck , trick with indian deck (waiting for it) Best content- street shows Ultra best content- featuring you Thanks for reading so far Love you mr. Maher
Just found your channel...used to LOVE MAGIC when I was small and finding your channel reminds me how cool magic is...my five yr old baby girl was watching with me, and she said can we do that daddy...I was like I have no idea how. Which makes me wonder what I could buy her to teach her some tricks.
The trick that I enjoyed most was the trick you did on day 18, the oldest recorded trick. I love the way you substituted the oranges and I quote you on this “ a whole ass pineapple. That right there was 11 dollars from the fresh choice” I love how good you are at slight of hand. I showed my brother that video and he completely freaked out😅 anyway keep up the good work Jason, you bring a lot of people entertainment, laughter and lots and lots of confusion.
I do love your take on the multiplying billiard balls combined with the ball and base. However, I believe my favorite of the 365 is your cut and restored rope. It is so sick the way you are at the end of your rope and then the ends just vanish..
- I'd love it if you could let us know where you are performing. I work in Sydney a couple of days a week and would love to see you perform in person. - I like the card tricks, specifically the ones where you demonstrate how to do it. I have a 6yo and a 4yo and they are amazed that Daddy can do magic. (I am nowhere near smooth enough to fool an adult, but kids are a great starter audience.)
All five tricks are great! We know how they're all done but your presentation in every case sows seeds of doubt that perhaps there's actually something else at play here. Your hand skills are amazing to watch. I even rewatch the videos without sound (I can't multitask!) just following your hands and still see nothing (just a small flash if the Sharpie pen). Vase and ball combined with multiplying balls (also found in kids magic boxes) - two simple tricks taken to a different level by pure artistry. It just shows how creative you can be if you have the imagination. Top five rope tricks please! Edit.. just realised the Sharpie trick was on a short.. I watch so much I get confused as to where my mind is!
As someone who is not a fan of coin tricks my favourite of the year was the coin, leather and cork trick, especially when you said yours was done with no gimmick. I also really liked the controls episode but they were part of tricks I guess not the full trick but how smooth the cherry control was blew me away, seems so fair and yet clearly is hiding some real dirty work very well
Dude you're just an absolute beast. This whole video was one massive Flex. I do some magic and I know how some was done, but as I said you're just a beast bro.
"Reformation" is definitely 1 of my top favorites of your 365-Challenge. I've been looking to l,earn a good T&R trick the most lately tho😜 Idk if you can teach this 1 here you said that's called "Reformation" but if not yours to teach I understand 💯 & greatly respect & value each & every creators rights to their own methods & ideas🙏💡🧠✨ ya know what I mean😄 So if can't teach that 1 then please any T&R tutorial would definitely be very much appreciated. ✌️😜👍Looking forward to Day-39 tmrw🙌
dude you could read your top five favorite energy drinks and i’d be on board! but the cup and balls trick is my favorite, i think that was the first one i saw you post on reddit however long ago that was, and i’m still amazed at how smooth and effortless you make it look.
@Jason Maher, Have you ever had reservations about performing for the mentally handicapped or abused young people? Would you give away the method to a confused person? Would you do more of a silent show?
Jason, I really would struggle to put those tricks in any order of preference. Honestly mate the way you slip effortlessly between cards, rings, balls, the whole works. It's mesmerising baby ..... And hey .... 300k subscribers is around the corner.
How many times do you practice the blabbering during magic? Do you have different versions? Same all the time or whatever comes to your mouth freestyle
Another awesome video Jason! How about your top 5 magicians, and maybe perform tricks you feel best represent their style and demeanor. You can’t go wrong with reframation in the overly polished English style/accent.:)
okay let me try to figure out the dice. the dots are magnetic or sticky dots and your actually moving 5 out of the 6 dots around for example the 1 dot is in the middle and the rest of the dots are staked behind your hand when you want to show 2 dots you can place 2 dots and cover the rest with your hands or you can stake all the dots until it shows at least 2 dots. am I right or wrong?
Shit you even made the childrens trick at the end fun. Just change up the story a little and add the white balls. It’s basically mixing two old tricks together and making them feel fresh and new.
To answer your question at 2:27 ; No, I didn't expect you to mess up haha you're far too skilled for that. I think it'll be a cold day in hell before we catch you messing up a card trick ;)
No, I didn't think you messed up the first trick. Fool me with your skill not your incompetence. My favorite trick was the three coins in the brass box. I almost know how you did that. Almost. It's fun to try and spot the exchange.
All the top 5's are great. The only video I haven't watched is one of you're last ones where it showed a guy sticking a string in his eye in the thumbnail. That was too much for me

Hahhaa that trick was fun to do for sure!!
One thing tnat makes all these tricks great is the variety. Cards, Cups, balls, rings etc.

Awesome, eat, sleep, shuffle cards, repeat.😊👍😊👍👍😊
When you made that coin appear in the women's hand was one of my favorites from any magician. It was beautiful.
Absolutely loved them all. The ball trick and the ripped card are my favorites. Mind blown.

He's really good at the linking rings. Much better than the slamming of a ring to penetrate which makes the gimmick a bit obvious.
