You're my hero.
Hey guys!! It's been a while since I've had time to edit or post anything. I started this project two months ago before I went to Bulgaria. I got my first job and I've been really busy. I'm trying to save up for college and I've been working everyday so far.
I've always wanted to edit my favorite character of all time and I really got inspired for her. I even started two BTVS edits :D along with Roswell edits I have ideas for. A Naley and LoVe edits as well and many more ideas. My inspiration is a lot haha but unfortunately no time :/
I had lots of fun making this edit and researching some scenes. I think that Buffy and Roswell are the two shows I know most scenes for. Buffy has been my hero and favorite character for years now. I wanted to portray her story and all of the significant people in her life. I hope you you guys like it as much as I enjoyed making it.
Jasmine I know you've been waiting for this haha. I told you a few weeks ago I was working on it. It's finally here!! I hope you like sweetie :) Really love talking to you and we have a lot of fandoms and ships in common. Next up is LoVe edit. I know you're waiting for that as well :D

I have an infinite amount of love for Buffy she is a complete badass while at the same time still vulnerable and imperfect. The fact that she been through everything imaginable and manages to pick herself up just makes her one of the greatest characters ever created!! This vid is SOO incredible, I love everything about it!! The scenes, quotes and the little details you used are perfect, and ofc your editing is just wonderful. How you managed to finish it all when your working so much lately is really impressive!! I can't wait for you LoVe video I already know I'll probably cry when I watch it♥♥ I love sharing so many couples, characters, and shows with you too!

The fact that the only people who Buffy could really rely on, who understood her were two Vampires speaks volumes.

I hate how her supposed friends treated her in the last season , she gave everything to save them again and again and they just kick her out of her own house and then she just forgives like nothing ever happened, the only one to stand by her was spike
Paige Chandler yes Spike has always been there for her. Even in her bad times. Love him. I really hated that scene when they ganged up on her.❤️😌
I hated that scene when they kicked her own house her friends turned there backs on her and what anya said to buffy I wanted to hit her I'm glad ass didn't make it i really that episode i can't even watch that episode
She wasn't great to them either & get that they needed to stand together but yeah they shouldn't have kicked her out. It was messed up. I wish they had added a scene where many of the newbies are slaughtered (not that I want people to die) because they needed to realize how safe & protected they were with Buffy. So when she was gone they were vulnerable. They needed the reality check.
And they needed some old - dark Faith back to show that she might be a slayer but she was still unstable. She had mental issues which were still being addressed so to suddenly have everyone look to her was a lot of pressure.
Then have Buffy back and things just work better since everyone trusts her more.
Too bad it wasn't in there.
I hate the ending in season 7
The writing of the show post season 5 was shit
Buffy Summers has always been a role model for me and her speech of “strong is fighting it’s hard and it’s painful and it’s everyday” has kept me going at times❤️

The only thing good about it was we got that awesome pep talk from Spike.
Best part about the whole thing was spike sticking up for her and beating the shit out of faith even though he was holding back spike has killed 2 slayers because he wanted to with faith he could’ve killed her without even blinking
That scene really made me realize how shitty her friends were Giles included.
@@Steef_Lee Another good thing was Faith got to really understand Buffy. The weight of responsibility that Buffy has always carried all these years. And they have that scene when Buffy is telling Faith not to feel bad and that people are going to die. If you lead them into war, people are going to die. That’s part of being the slayer and they finally get to bond as slayers. That was a great moment, with all the history between them.
Spike became my hero when he put Buffy's friend and specially Dawn in their places, at the last season!!
“Whenever their was a problem, you were always their to stop it!” That one liner gives me mix feelings. Yes she saved the world many times, but she never really had a chance to live her life because it was always about saving the world. Her mom dying, Angel dying, Spike death, Tara death her death LOL really put a huge major toll on her! Beautiful tribute to my favourite childhood hero! She is The Class Protector ❤️

Spiderman is one of my favorite characters because he has to save his city while maintaining his role as a student. Buffy IS my favorite character because she has to do everything Peter Parker does but with a lot less help from her universe. Spiderman has extraordinary allies he can call upon, but Buffy is the person EVERYONE calls upon for help with a mother that is far less supportive than Aunt May. I guess you can say the "stakes" are higher for her. Thanks for the MV, it is inspiring and moving.

But Buffy had Friends in Xander, Willow and Giles.. Later Anya was there and Tara for a while. I mean Angel was her biggest Allie before turning into Angelus and turning back.. She had Riley there with the army for a season and Spike. A fucking bad boy who told her everything he knew for a little price and later for love. I wouldn’t say the stakes were higher. I even think Buffy had more allies and friends than Peter Parker lmao But good comparison

Anya acted like Buffy wasnt really important, but she literally saw a world where Buffy wasn't there and *vampires* took over
Not only that, she MADE it happen. I don't know if Joss Whedon's mission in Season 7 WAS to piss us off with Anya, or annoy the fuck out of us, but I can't say I have ever gone from genuinely liking a character, or even a person, (actually, maybe twice and the less said about that, the better) any faster than I did with Anya in Season 7. I thought she was cool as fuck until she went and said that, and I just said, sorry to say that I ain't gonna miss Anya. Lo and behold, I don't. Sorry
Well, that was a joke of the producers.
one of my favorite things about buffy is how human she is. a lot of "chosen one" stories tend to make the protagonist fearless or a blank slate, but buffy actively resents being put in that position. it makes her a lot more relatable and it send the message to the audience that you can be just like her and have all the same fears she does because buffy gets scared, angry, etc. but she takes on the world anyway.
One of the beauties of this whole show is how easily they seemed to balance the witty hilarious comedic side with the side you show in this video. So much of Buffy is memorable and unique for its deadpan humor, but so much of it also stands out because of how serious and undeniably sad and real the life of it was.
It's an incredible series and this video is a masterpiece. Thank you!

buffy is our hero, even not real- the show teaches a real lesson. the hardest thing about this world is to live in it, be strong, be brave
Buffy never knew when, where, how she was going to die but yet she ALWAYS fought. Yes, she had her moments where she gave up but when push came to shove she was there. She is a hero but hero seems to small a word to describe Buffy. She was weak, and frail and full of doubt and yet she was also stronger then could possibly be believed. This series was 7 years of telling us to look inward and you will find that you do have strength.
What the show also showed what that most heroes can not do it on their own. Buffy was the most successful Slayer because of the team she had around her.
There will never be a better Buffy tribute than this. It captures everything so perfectly

Really is one of the greatest characters ever created. Set the ground work for a lot of others. I always say that Dean Winchester is the best fictional character ever - but how many parallels are there between him and Buffy? How would he be without her coming first?

the scene with her mum just struck me so hard. i was watching it with my mum and my sister, and we were all sobbing. it was so hard to watch. it just showed such a vulnerable, human side of a girl that was always a superhero. and it showed how she was still just a girl who’d lost her mum.

This show was like a religious experience for me. I never had a real one, but I am guessing that it would be like that. I never saw it until it was on 6 days a week, with Angel coming on right after it. Thank god I didn't have to wait a week between episodes - I would have died!

This is SO amazing i think buffy needs to go on netflix and get more recognition because its just the best show out there my mum watched this show as a kid and in February she showed me this show and i am shocked by how great it is love the edit btw!

It's so unexpected how Jonathan was apart of the trio
Jonathan didn’t have many friends especially in high school. So I think that being part of the trio was where he was comfortable even though they did horrible things.
