It’s wild how adding 1.5hrs consistently to your sleep (if you’re averaging ~6hrs a night) can positively impact training. I may or may not be speaking from experience 😅
Totally! Adequate sleep improves literally every aspect of our waking existence.
Sleep quantity ❌🟰 sleep quality though.. circadian alignment and proper sleep architecture are probably more important 🤔
