This Panoli or Panori made from Green Mung Dal and Urad Dal. This Jain-friendly snack is packed with protein, flavor, and is perfect for everyone to enjoy.
Panoli is a popular snack, in this recipe I used Green Mung Dal and Urad Dal. With no garlic, onions, or root vegetables, this recipe adheres to Jain dietary guidelines while offering a burst of flavors in the bites.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Mung Dal (मूंग की दाल)
¼ cup Urad Dal (उरद दाल)
2 nos. chopped Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च)
½ inch chopped Ginger (अदरक)
½ tsp Cumin (जीरा)
¼ tsp Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
½ tsp Salt (नमक)
Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
⅛ cup Water (पानी)
1 tsp Besan (बेसन)
2 glasses of Water (पानी)
