A seminar focusing on Arctic security in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy in London and Fridtjof Nansen Institute.
Overview
This event examines how climate change and Russia’s war against Ukraine are impacting Arctic geopolitics, and how actors such as NATO, the US, Russia and China are refocusing their attention towards the region. It also explores Norwegian and UK collective and individual priorities in the Arctic.
Chaired by Professor Malcolm Chalmers, Deputy-Director General, RUSI, with Norwegian State Secretary Anne Marie Aanerud and Lord Coaker.
