11:28 I swear Prof. Andrew Ingersoll is an alien in disguise from Jupiter, stuck on planet Earth and he's trying to find a way to get back. I mean, just look at him! Lol
The question that blows my mind is: Why do scientists or people in this field not get curious about who placed those planets where they are? It was no accident or coincidence; it was done by something far more intelligent than us humans.
Have yiu even looked? There's whole branches of astrophysics that studies and explores that very set of questions and while you will reject their findings because 1) you won't understand the physics nor the math 2) it doesn't fit with your predetermined narrative. FYI no intelligent designer was required, just newtonian and einsteinian physics
Stamp collection + reading plus watchin movies - suitable for confinement, I do not think so. Stamp collection is not suitable for going to space or mars. That is an passive earth past time which is heavily linked with getting stuff posted regularly. Reading: People taste varies over time and same with movies. All those things are passive actions and not conductive with setting up in an dangerous environment. You need people who are doers and very active and a workaholic and able to deal with set backs, because alot of prep and building work, repair, adapting work have to be done on first few phases of building a colony on Mars. You cannot have the passive types on mars initially. It takes hard and dangerous work to setup a colony. Oil workers and traveling builders who are skilled at maintaining at sea, remote areas are better suited for long travel, hard work and confinements. The passive types can go later once all the bugs have been worked out and the colony is stable on a safety point of view, expanding and appropriate work quarters are setup first. Maybe third wave. Just make sure you keep the political types away. The political types will increase entropy in social circles. Need competent apolitical leaders who can manage an expanding colony, not political appointees who will destroy social cohesion with their political crap. For example you do not want emotional feeble types who are prone to depression and mood swings.
Less than 0.5 percent of the USA's annual budget. It's little compared to it's military budget. Also a lot of the engineering and developed technologies have hugely impacted our lives on a daily basis.
@@ConXfireBoth are true at the same time, after 1971 all "money" is actually just "currency". Before 71' a Country's money had to be backed up in gold. Nixon reasoned that since the U.S. held the most amount of other Country's gold. He switched it to being backed up by nothing, so now all the US currency is just typed into a computer, no real value or store of money. Check the budget used on space missions and check how much is wasted in wars and the military, and just outright corruption. The budget for space has actually been reducing
I was thinking that elon musk's salary bonus could have paid for two of those missions or fed a lot of hungry people. Obscenity is a matter of perspective, I guess.
This was wonderful and fascinating! Thank you!
Fascinating stuff; I love astronomy.
Mind boggling 😊
The best people in the world ❤
❤
You’re doing remarkable things with your style!
NASA's ingenuity and ability to cope with every emergency is inspiring to everyone 🔥
constructing a moon science station is the first step like the one we construct in the Antarctica

Why are you reuploading this video.... lol😅
So where's the actual footage 😅...as always, it's just animation and the scene of staff's clapping
You blind? There was plenty of actual footage
Obscene amount of money spent on these missions while people starve on Earth.

I find it obscene that people don’t realize the value.
