That's true having the things of this world will only last a time . Jesus should be the significant factor of anyone's life as his or her interest should be based on pleasing him .Money and Fame and rep will not get you into Heaven and will lead you to Hell .The World is the Devil's playground since he runs rampant trying to change people minds and attentions , behaviors and morals to act , sound and be like him like a real Devil being abusive , obstinate , reluctant to change murdering , brutalising and all kinds of ways to be a real Devil .The song by Bere's Hammond when it says" putting up some resistance" ! " I'm gonna work it out " the quickest way to lose everything maybe your soul is to fight with God . Death for me in the Bible is understood by two verses ( Matthew 10:28) and ( Luke 12 : 5 ) give examples of who to fear . Not the executioner but the one who has power/ authority to execute .

Jesus has healed me and is setting my heart on fire for Him. Thank you OHH SO MUCH LORD!! From depressed and suicidal thoughts to feeling a comfort that’s unexplainable. Funny enough, a few of my good buddies that i haven’t spoken with about this have also reached out with the same feelings in their hearts. God is calling His soldiers. I don’t care to have pride in my flesh and fleshly wants anymore. I just want Jesus and the true joy of salvation that He and only He brings. Love you brothers and sisters.

That photo of the girl and the vulture... and the story of the photographer, was completely heart-wrenching...the photographer was given a chance to do the right thing and he didn't chose to. This story was profoundly tragic and made me think.
You're right. The photographer was Kevin Carter, from South Africa. He was a Journalist photographer and he used to cover violent events in African troubled countries, and part of his job was to not get involved. When he won a very important photography award for this picture,many people started asking him what did he do after taking the picture. He wasn't counting on that and couldn't answer because he did nothing, not even "kinda shooed the vulture off" (2.05) I remember Carter was asked if he had done something, had the small child had being a white girl. He got so depressed knowing that he failed to do something helpful for this girl that shortly after he killed himself.

Fido, thank you very much for that backstory. Part of it then was training not a lack of compassion. But regardless of whether this little child had every possible disease the African continent could offer he did not make the right choice. She could very well have died hours later anyway but she could’ve died in the arms of people trying to give her some comfort and love at the feeding center. My heart breaks for this sad story which is certainly repeated (The starving part) on a daily basis in many countries states, neighborhoods, and homes across our world. 💔💔
If you can look at that photo and hear the Lords' message spoken thru Tim and not be spiritually moved in some way then you know you're one of those who the bible describes as being turned over to a reprobate mind.

This isn't the story I heard. The man wanted to help but he was NOT ALLOWED to interviene because the diseases there. He would have gotten into a lot of trouble. He committed suicide because he wish he would have went against orders and helped her.
Let your life honor God. Serve God in whichever capacity that you are in. Love people wherever you go and leave a good impact behind. Let the people that you encounter experience the love of God through you.
